Smoky Jennings in Palmyra has phenomenal customer service. I went in for an oil change and was told the 4th oil change was free. I was shocked but pleased and when they brought my car around it had just been washed. Wow-I was impressed with their customer service. They continually exceed my expectations!!! Amazing employees and service!!!! As a side note, the woman I met while waiting was from Godfrey which is approximately 50 minutes away and she ALWAYS comes to Smoky Jennings because of the great service!!! We both appreciate great customer service and I know I'll will definitely buy my next vehicle there!!!

I would recommend this dealership and service to anyone who is interested in purchasing a new or used vehicle. Not only did they have the exact vehicle I wanted but they went above and beyond in assisting me with answering my questions and making my experience with a vehicle purchase the best one I have ever experienced. My salesman, Robert Hammond, was extremely knowledgeable and was great to work with and next time I need a vehicle I will be going directly to Robert.

After Team One Toyota treated my brother and his family great, we decided to make the 3 hour drive and look for a new vehicle. While we were there we were very close to getting a used vehicle that was brought in overnight. Shaun Musso & Noah Harden told us that they could not with good conscious let us drive off with that vehicle because it wasn’t inspected yet. We then waited for the exact one we wanted to come in a few weeks later and have enjoyed the new Toyota Highlander SUV ever since.

The service I had at Royal Cadillac was beyond what I expected. They made up for the mistakes that parts department made. Rather than have me drive all the way back to Tucson, which is an hour and a half from me, they brought the service man to me. Terry was wonderful. Brady was so helpful. Was interested in the truck, but had no photos. Brady sent me some and helped me make my mind up. Did not fit my expectations but he is keeping his feelers out for me. Great people and great company.
