I had put off looking for a replacement for over a year, car buying had always been excruciating, tedious and time consuming. Heath greeted us at the door we had any easy quick conversation about what we were looking for, after checking inventory we discussed our options took a test drive, the car was amazing even in the pouring rain. Back at Otto???s, terms and the paperwork, orientation to the car and we were off. Heath Cameron and Otto???s provided the best car buying experience ever and I???ve bought quite a number of cars over the years, I highly recommend them!
Very hard to imagine a better experience, Justice Mogano is a top notch professional. We special ordered our 440i to get exactly what we wanted. Months ago Justice estimated our pickup date and did not miss it by more than a day or two. Also, he kept us very well informed throughout the process. We were made to feel like we are part of a family (very rare these days) and nothing was ever a problem with ordering and adjustments to financing. Then, the day of pickup, extremely smooth and Justice took as much time as we needed to explain new features and operation of the car.

This is my 1st time purchasing a BMW and I couldn't have asked for a better person to guide me through the process than Scott Gately. Scott patiently answered all of my questions & worked with me to structure a deal to my liking, The dealership is top notch and Scott was extremely professional & very responsive during and after the sale with anything I needed. I would highly recommend Otto's & Scott to anyone considering a New or Used BMW.
Great team (you do not need a review so you get a pat on the back. This is the downfall of companies. People spend to much time trying to get a 5 that everything else suffers. As I stated the experience was great. However this side of the experience is going downhill. Do your job everyday the best you can, enjoy it or get out. I HATE this side of your business, do not let it consume you) you do your job well, keep up the good work. Get rid of the survey.
Experience was very pleasant from the time I first walked in to Stillman, to discussing choices with Dave, to placing an order for a 2019, to delivery a few months later. Dave is friendly, accommodating and knowledgeable. I highly recommend him.

In September of 2017 I traded in a 10 year old car on a nice new Chevrolet Cruze. The negotiation was simple and I didn't feel like I was pressured. The salesman was David Tulsky who kept in touch with me throughout the process to ensure things went well.
Going into the process of buying a new car, I dreaded all the salesmanship that I assumed was going to happen. I really never felt pressured and felt Reedman was honest and forthright about the deal.
What do I say here? I love the car. I got a good deal and process that could have been painful was made as simple as possible.

So I actually live in burlington county. NJ and this dealership had the very exact car I wanted! So i drove a hour and a half (86miles) to make this deal happen and it did. Anthony Castro got me the best deal and Dave Braile also made the deal happen and I drove home in a brand new car! Definitely got to give it a great test drive home! Would HIGHLY reccomend going the distance if they have what you want! Ask for Anthony too!!
