The receptionist that greeted me was kind and friendly and the dealership was immaculate. My sales woman was Melinda Edwards and I couldn?t have been happier! She was knowledgeable, kind, sweet and above all did not make it like the typical car salesman pressure feel that everyone dreads to experience when they car shop! She has continued to follow up and also up be available for any questions I?ve had since I?ve taken the car home . Everyone made this experience so smooth and refreshing including the manager Brandon and Alicia Pyle in finance . Alicia kindly went over all paperwork and answered all questions but making what?s usually a monotonous experience enjoyable! We actually had some good laughs and conversation . Overall great experience! I would definitely refer someone to this dealership!

I had a wonderful experience with Jacob Hopper, who sold me my 2020 XT6. Jacob helped me make the decision about which Cadillac would be best for me. He knew everything about Cadillacs, and shared his knowledge with me when I had a question. Jacob was not pushy whatsoever; he simply is a nice guy who sells Cadillacs. Got a 2023 identical to this 3 weeks ago. Bought it for retirement road travel. Have had 2 SRXs before. Traded in a sweet 2016 ATS Performance coupe reluctantly. No regrets. Electronics are outstanding. Handles better than the SRX. As peppy and nimble as the ATS. Always GM, never disappointed. Value, comfort, performance.

We love our XT5, it drives great and looks great. The only thing is the navigation. You have to plug in your cell phone to get it.

Took longer then I expected. They did a oil,filter change and tire rotation. Got there at 7:25 (first one there), had an appointment. Got the car back at 8:45. This may be normal for them, not sure. First visit with new car. I bought the last 3 cars from Phillips Buick,GMC. They have a lightning lube section. I could have the same procedure done there and get the car back in 30 minutes. Other then the time, there service was great.

Good interior quality, beefy, spacious and well built. Predictable handling in all weather and road conditions. Not so comfy but your ride is always safe. Regular maintenance is not so expensive.

Great service. Done on time, they take care of everything.

Great mileage plus luxury. Minus the start/stop for engine (kills life of starter). Comfortable seats with heating elements for cold winter start up. I love the service from the dealership the caddy app is pretty cool
