Purchased a vehicle from the internet, by phone. The deal was made with full, friendly service by the Sales Person. My son was local, and checked the car out for me. He was shown the car and an offer was made to take it for a drive. He was treated very well while at the dealership. Things went smoothly.
Drove 6 hours for my 2015 certified CTS. Car was everything I expected, and more. Mitchell was honest and a pleasure to deal with. staff treated my wife and I, and my puppy, like family. well worth the trip. Love the car guys. thank you.

visit went well, i enjoyed the very nice waiting room and the snacks.
However, i still have the same problem that i already mentioned in 2 previous visits.
When using the AC i notice an initial musty odor. looking on the internet i see this is not an unusual complaint. i do not understand why FoMoCo has not found a fix, especially for the 2013 Lincolns. i still have much warranty time remaining so i will continue to ask for a remedy .
if the problem remains i will ask the sales manager to find a newer car and a reasonable trade-in price. i have a White 2013 MKS, i want one just like it, perhaps newer that has no objectionable odor in the AC. otherwise, i love the car, it is the best road trip car i have ever owned.
It is always a great visit, very polite, pleasant and most of all they listen to what you have to say. I have only dealt with the Service Department and Cashier. They are always very professional. Thanks for the great service!

Exceptional service from start to finish. We made an online inquiry about a 2018 Forester and was contacted by Nick Clough who was very knowledgeable, professional and courteous. We explained to Nick exactly what we were looking for in regards to vehicle and price point. Nick went to work and found us the perfect car. When we came to the dealership for our test drive we were greeted at the door as if we were a returning customer. We were not bombarded with pushy sales people but were asked who our appointment salesperson was. It was a class act all the way around. Completing the financing was as simple as signing a few documents. Nick took care of most of the detail work before we ever came in. I am pleasantly surprised at how the car buying process has changed over the years. It's a much less painful process. Sure, it still takes hours, but it feels more like a buyer's market than the high pressure sales tactics of the past. Both sales and finance were friendly and easy to work with. I also like the fact they have Mike the "Tech Guy" go over all the bells and whistles.
Bought my car last week and made an appt with mike to go through everything about the car with me. He is amazing. Took me through every detail and helped me set every up correctly. Everyone is so nice and helpful!!
