If it were not for Mr. Orlando Tilian, I would probably be taking my car to Bremen Cadillac for service. He is the most confident thorough concerned individual I’ve ever dealt with. He should certainly be promoted to a higher level than he is currently more of the staff should be like him And Cadillac would perform better than it’s currently doing

John was so attentive and patient with our request. He took the time out to make sure that I wanted the car that wanted that was within my budget. He took the time to explain every feature to me and didn't hesitate to make sure that I understood.
