They reached out right away after my online inquiry into the '17 Lexus NX. Unfortunately there was no delivery service and this would be costly from Ft. Meyers to Las Cruces, NM. Tasca Cadillac of Melbourne review
I took my XT5 in for an oil change, my service advisor Richard Smith was a very kind friendly guy. He also had my car washed and vacuum. After my car was brought up we noticed my screws on my license plate holder was badly rusted. Richard kindly replaced them himself, which was very nice of him. We discussed my tires, Since I know nothing about cars except to drive and put gas in them.He kindly emailed me the top name brand, their quality and prices Im not yet ready for them but I will definitely seek Richard's help at Tasca when I do. I had a great experience working with Guy at Mike Maroone Chevrolet West Palm Beach and highly recommend him. When we first started looking for a car, I wasn’t in any rush—I had a couple of months and just wanted to explore options. We had visited another dealership prior, and while the salesperson there was very nice, nothing really stood out. We stopped by Mike Maroone with no intention of buying that day. Guy was outside enjoying the weather when we arrived, and right away he was friendly, easygoing, and really listened to what I needed. I explained I was looking for a practical four-door sedan for when my grandchildren visit. Most of the inventory leaned toward SUVs, Jeeps, and sports cars, but Guy took the time to work with what I actually wanted instead of trying to push something else. We did test drive one of the new SUVs, and while it was nice, it just wasn’t the right fit. He kept looking and then suggested a BMW 5 Series. The moment I sat in it, I fell in love—even though I wasn’t planning to buy yet. We went home, talked it over, and realized the price was incredible—about $10,000–$15,000 less than similar BMW 5 Series models we had seen. We came back the next day, and Guy was there just like he said he would be. What really stood out was his communication—he stayed in touch, but never overdid it. It was the perfect balance and made the whole process feel comfortable and pressure-free. The car initially came with one key, but Guy stayed on top of it and tracked down the second key within a few days, even texting me personally to let me know. Guy truly went above and beyond to make everything smooth and easy. If you’re looking for someone who listens, communicates well, and takes care of you without pressure, ask for Guy. Kari MacRostie
