Bought a 2020 xt4 premium luxury 350T and so far I am liking the way the car handles. I love the remote auto start and remote trunk release! I also love that I can start the car, open and lock the car from my Cadillac phone app! Would definitely recommend this sporty and luxury suv!

Purchased this car because of our experience with out 2012 SRX. As much as we like the 2012 the 2016 exceeds it in every criteria. Especially appreciate the the advances with the safety equipment. Love the cross traffic warning in the backup camera. Blind spot warning in the outside rearview mirrors are especially helpful. Learned driving thru Atlanta in heavy traffic just after a rainstorm that I never want t be without rainsense windshield wipers. Very convenient and a huge safety factor.

Found out the day before my vacation that I had an open safety recall. Brondes Ford got me right in, performed the recall and a very thorough vehicle inspection to make sure I was safe towing a camper on my vacation.

I purchased the 2020 Cadillac XT5 midsize crossover based on the stylish looks, comfortable ride and optional V6 engine which takes regular gas. The panoramic sunroof, electronic precision shifter and interior design adds to the overall driving experience. The ride is good, but there is more road noise than expected probably due to no under carriage engine shield which makes the cabin not as isolated as it could be. Also there should be as standard equipment a rear mirror camera due to poor visibility. It appears many used Cadillac XT5 have some minor rear damage when checking the Carfax report.

The first day I went there I was welcomed by a cheery guy name Double agent Troy he wasn't pushy very honest and loves raspberry Custer pie ? I'm trading my 2019 CT6 after two years. Have really enjoyed this car. There is no better highway cruising car ever, it's incredibly smooth but tightly built, not sloppy ever. Great gas mileage, very peppy, and beautiful. The electronics are very easy to understand. The only complaint- driver's seat too short, I'm 5'11", long legs, and I had a buy a bolster cushion. Otherwise, I've loved it. Trading up to a BMW 8 series for more excitement.

We really like our sales associate, James, and credit manager, Nick—-I am sorry but do not remember their last names. Both young men were so responsive and helpful. A very pleasurable experience considering our urgency to get a new car before Christmas.

I love my Cadillac Escalade. Cars are made by humans so naturally they're not perfect. We've been driving it for 7 years with no major problems. My goal is to keep it and get another one soon.

I have a 2017 XT5 that I purchased when I was in NC. I've had 2 previous SRs and have enjoyed every single one. The one thing that has bothered me most is after a while a rattling noise began in each one of them. I bought it new and had no problems until 2022, the air conditioner, the sunroof and 3 out of 4 bearings. I have lots of Mike's in it is probably the reason.... I've traveled from Florida to NC a few tines as well as Florida to Baton Rouge. I hope she's ready to go for another 89,000 miles. Love mine.

Mark was very knowledgeable and helpful. Helped us gather details on different vehicles to make the best choice. He was friendly and patient.

A few issues… car is loud on bumpy road. Would expect more from Cadillac. Options for dash customization are lacking. No time or temp in front of you. Seat belts should snug like Mercedes. Seats are comfortable and power is there. I know I’m being picky but you should expect no road noise.

First and foremost Anthony was great. Real nice guy maybe the politest guy on the planet. I love shopping for cars...online, in person doesn't matter. I admit it I am nuts. That said buying a car from Suburban was pretty typical except for Anthony. The second you hit the website you are attacked by the popups wanting to help, Ask for a little info and you get "when You coming in?". Kinda makes you feel like a bacon wrapped poodle in a pit bull fight club. Before I was done I heard from almost the entire dealership ....so it seemed. The process is pretty much the same everywhere now days. I must have made contact with 30+ dealerships and still I am getting calls, texts and emails after saying no thank you. I will say things got a tad confusing when came to the website. Very nice and dealership has good technology in place but needs to separate the "DO everything online" and the "I am technically challenged" groups. But again Anthony helped me muddle through. So at the end of the day I was very happy with my purchase and the process. It helped I knew what I "wanted" and what I would could spend and needed out of my trade. I did not need to buy a new car today but Suburban made it easy and had what I wanted. I was offered help with anything several times, not harassed just supportive help. Nice follow up just checking on me to make sure I was happy.

The escalade is beautiful. Inside and out, rides like a dream and is easy to drive. Looking forward to a long road trip in it!!

Mark and Suburban Chevrolet has always provided a fantastic service for my wife and I. We have leased two Equinoxes, a Silverado, and most recently a Colorado. He stays late to meet our schedules, and always finds us a great deal. He also utilizes technology, so I can actually do most of my stuff from home, and be prepared. There's never a hidden surprise in dealing with Mark at time of signing. Rod was also a great finance person, and the touch-screen interface contract management hardware was top notch!

First of all, I purchased the XT5 Sport AWD with the Platinum package, sticker $69,530. Truthfully, this is a fine ride, and a pleasure to drive. Everything is at your fingertips and easy to use. A couple of items I miss would be the floating high beams that come with intellibeams, the accent lighting in the interior was a nice feature. My final complaint, not enough USB ports. It could use a couple on the dash just below the radio.

The vehicle has been good so far. I like the handling and style. I would like to see a little more padding on the console where my knee rests. It would make it more comfortable. The seats could use a little work also. I have a Ram truck and the seats are more comfortable.

I think this car this amazing! Everything cadi has always lived up to be! I can't wait to drive it! I owned a cts a few years ago and wasn't disappointed back then either. I haven't drove this one yet but I am so jacked! I'm the pickyest of picking out phones and cars. I will look forever before I finally pick one to take home. I am thrilled about driving this car and I know I won't regret it.

I'm 65 y/o. Wanted to protest all pickups and SUV/CUV's on the road. Wanted one more sedan . This is a rear wheel biased AWD. Plenty of power and more than acceptable MPG. This CTS exceeds what I was looking for . My last sedan had a V8. Here I am satisfied with a turbo charged four banger .

Had smooth Betty now for 2 months 2021 AWD luxury addition the ride and stylish look sets it apart from the SUV's out there the pick up is quick with smoothness that's why her SMOOTH BETTY!!!

Great mileage plus luxury. Minus the start/stop for engine (kills life of starter). Comfortable seats with heating elements for cold winter start up. I love the service from the dealership the caddy app is pretty cool
