I really like this dealership from the friendly no pressure salesman to the service dept. that bends over backward to explain whatever service I am getting and keep me up to date when they will be finished. They also wash and vacuum the vehicle for me.
Mo Zareef was a great sales consultant. Super calm during negotiations, explained everything well. No high pressure sales. We had been to the dealership several times before just browsing and never felt pressured into anything. Mo really went above and beyond, even explained delivery of the vehicle. Couldn’t recommend Lexus of Toledo more based on this experience. If you’re looking for a great no BS experience, go see Mo.
Duane Anderson was a great salesperson went over the entire vehicle with me was patient with me waiting for my paperwork till the late hour of his day. I was looking for a used Land Rover when I saw Taylor Cadillac had one. Internet staff was great. The car was everything they said and price was right. But the best was the staff at the dealership. They made sure that everything was right before I left. Did not force and thing on me that I did not want. Nothing hidden from me. I trust the Sale Staff Finance department and General Manager. I would drive 300 miles to buy a car from the. OH yes did best dealership I have ever felt with.

We have been buying from John for years. He has made our experience with Grogan a pleasure and will not purchase anywhere else. The accounting department was ready for us when we came in and made things quick. We have never experienced any issues and don???t intend to based on the level of service Grogans employees provide. I recently started the process of car shopping, which can be a bit overwhelming at first. After talking to a few different sales reps, I found myself more discouraged, until I spoke with Tim. He was patient with my questions, took his time in going through their inventory to find cars within my budget, that also had all the bells and whistles I had wanted. We have a 2011 Cayenne and have always been pleased with the service department, especially with Phil Kaiser???s friendly approach and informed advice. Most recently Phil worked directly with Porsche Corporate to find the best solution for what was an unexpected malfunction. The car now is as good as new and the whole experience was minimally disruptive.
I bought my first independently owned vehicle at this dealership. I was impacted positively by how helpful the staff was. I'm also satisfied with the vehicle I had purchased. It runs well and I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a great price on a second hand vehicle.
Ultimately I did not end up purchasing the vehicle that I spent a lot of time looking at, but I thought it worthwhile to write a review of my experience. My first contact was Blaine, the Sales Manager. He was incredibly nice and had his consultant Cody call me with all the information I requested. Cody was knowledgable and what he didn't know he tried to find out for me. There was no pressure and I would not hesitate to send someone there who was looking for a preowned vehicle. They had a very nice selection of cars.
