I needed a new pickup and while I wanted a Ford F150 I could not find one set up how I wanted. When I did the Ford dealers didn't want to give what I felt my trade in was worth. I got what I wanted and got a great deal on a 2024 GMC Sierra 1500 Elevation. It is even set up better than the F150's I was looking for and at a better price. I'm very happy with my purchase.

The people who work at Pepe Cadillac are easy to reach, understanding and extraordinarily helpful and went out of the way to solve my problem. The sales person i had was clear and extremely knowledgeable about the cars.

Early software issues have been resolved. The Lyriq is a wonderful comfort car. Smooth ride, extremely quiet with good handling. This is not a sports car it’s a stress free car. Supercruise is the best autonomous driving software currently available. True hands free driving. The best value in the luxury segment.

I recently bought a used car with Rowe Ford. Dealt with Susan. I am autistic and unable to make phone calls. I sometimes have to stim (hand flapping, strange mouth noises, rocking, repeating words that are in my head) and while I am extremely intelligent, it takes me a lot of time to process information and I have a hard time thinking under pressure. I say all of this because I was blown away by the service I received at Rowe Ford. I was not pressured, I was not looked at strangely by ANY of the staff, they worked with my inability to talk on the phone, they explained everything that I needed explained, Seth took my incessant questions like a champ and was very professional and helpful before I even came in, and during the purchase Liz was even sweet enough to warn me about the loud printer before she fired it up. I love my car and I can't express enough how wonderful they were. It's not often that I get to just be myself and still be treated with respect and dignity as a full grown adult. Fantastic car. Awesome looks. More room than a m3 or mY. I've had a limited for almost a year and not one single problem. Usually get 225-250mi from a charge, but actually had a couple of 275 and one 300 when most driving was city and I resisted the temptation to punch it. Makes me smile every time I drive it.

David Jin did a great job answering our questions over email, text, and phone and accommodated a test drive by a friend of ours who lives in Las Vegas. He was very patient and gave us plenty of room to make a decision. The purchase process was quite seamless with Maricar, and David coordinated with the vehicle transportation company to ensure it was loaded on their trailer and communicated status with me throughout the process. Buying a used vehicle out of state could be a stressful process, but that was never the case due to the outstanding service David provided throughout.

I was acknowledged promptly by Customer Service; didn't have to wait long for Shuttle ride to job and the driver was very customer service oriented. I also appreciate the promptness in letting me know that my oil change and tire rotation was completed and that the shuttle driver was on his way to pick me up. Overall, this was a positive experience and hope it continues.

I've only had this truck for a month and a half and have had no issues. The interior is just plain awesome. I really like the multi function tailgate on this truck, it's very handy loading stuff into the box and the step really helps when you want to climb into the bed. I really like the ride height on the new trucks better than the 2015 Denali I traded in to get this one.

Our salesperson ( Mustafa) was professional, knowledgeable and fair and patient. He really listened to what I wanted and did not try to convince me buy something I did not want. The delivery of my new car was very efficient. I got a great tutorial of all the features of my new car.

I have to share about my experience with Mike Murphy Kia in Brunswick. I purchased my Telluride from this dealership and love my SUV! The other thing that is rare is the Mike Murphy Team or should I say my Mike Murphy Family! They got it right when it comes to service! They are all amazing, especially Michelle Hinch the Service department leader! All professional and always have your best interests at heart when it comes to your vehicle!
