I bought an off-lease 2017 with 36k miles. I've driven it for a couple of months and love it so far. The auto stop/start takes a little getting used to, and if I'm going through a drive thru I sometimes pull it down into Manual just so it doesn't stop and start so many times.
The exterior styling turns heads, and the interior is very luxurious and comfortable. It's a true pleasure to drive, and the automatic braking has already prevented a possible collision in a parking lot. The lane keep assist is also a great feature, especially if you are someone who gets sleepy driving.
I’ve bought and serviced two cars at Larry Miller Volkswagen. My experiences are always positive.
The dealership is beautiful and polished sparkling clean. Service writers are knowledgeable and professional with the perfect amount of warmth.
Communication is excellent and service time commitments are met.
Most reliable car I have owned.

This car is really stylish and different. I always receive compliments about the car. It is very spacious and love all the extra features like steering wheel controls and back up camera.
Lost both of my key fobs and had to have my car towed to dealer for new key fob & programming. Pleasant experience with both parts & service depts. Service also took care of an airbag recall while I was there. Overall great experience.

This is a great all around vehicle. It is small enough yet still able to tow a little bit such as a trailer to move.
Jason has been working with me on my older 2007 Jetta to replace an AC compressor and 2 CV axels. He was been great to work with, he very honest and keeps me up to date on where we are in the repair process.

I have an older large 4WD truck for my mountain adventures, and wanted a new smaller vehicle with all the bells & whistles for fun and more efficiency. A TV ad took me to the dealer, and I ended up with this great car that a friend also drives and raves about. I too am a raving fan, and have thoroughly enjoyed everything about it. Small but still sits 4-5 comfortably, with room in the back for take alongs. I went with the Wolfsburg edition for the extras and fun too. Well worth it and couldn't be happier. Worth a test drive at minimum...and now they are a little bit bigger. Enjoy!
Quality dealership with all the amenities. Service personnel were helpful and eager to make my visit short and sweet. I was able to use a great loner car when my Mini’s service would take extra time to finish. Much appreciated!
Heater Fan Reliability

I have had 2 heater Fans in this car. Getting ready for third one now. To make things worse the Dealer cannot seem to fix it. According to the Manual this is not a safety defect. I completely disagree. Cannot defrost windshield or drive in cold weather with defective fan. Also
wheel Covers do not protect brakes from excessive corrosion or wear. Causes premature brake rework due to excessive exposure to road salt used in New England. . DO NOT BUY THIS CAR (2014 OUTBACK.)
I love a new car, but hate the buying experience.....usually! But I bought my first MINI in 2003 and just traded it in for a 2018. Buying a car at MINI is not your USUAL buying experience. There were no games and no gimmicks for starters. Dana Halligan was our salesperson and she was incredible. I never for a moment felt pressured. She was very informative and helped me obtain the best financing. Even after the sale I have called her with operating questions and she couldn't be more accommodating. If you want an awesome, fun car to drive and a buying experience that shows respect head to MINI NORTH SCOTTSDALE and ask for Dana!!!

I am looking to replace a BMW X3 with manual transmission. Not many cars fit the small SUV niche with manual transmission. But the Countryman S does! Though, I think I'll buy the 2017 rather than the 2016, just to get a wee bit more space.
I first met Dana over the phone when I decided to actually begin the process to lease a new Mini. I had been a very satisfied Mini owner for 13 years and was still in my 2004 Mini at 167,000 miles. Dana was extremely helpful via phone and email and I was almost positive of my choice before I left my home in Tucson to finally lease my car. I have always liked the Mini dealerships for their cleanliness, fun colors and friendly personnel. As soon as I drove up I could see my car and knew that was the one for me. Dana was extremely friendly and helpful throughout the long paperwork process and has been in touch quite frequently offering help and reminding me that I can call on her for any questions I may have. So far I love my new Mini and am slowly plowing through the manual to find out a manner of things.

Amazing car. So cool and cute at the same time. It drives just like a BMW with all the options added in. Can't recommend the Cooper S any more than is possible. The turbo charge is incredible and the drive is immaculate.

Love this SUV! Rides smooth and comfy. It's a total different experience for me and I love it. I have to get used to the size still but that slowly but surely happening. It was purchased used but looked as if it was a 2019 as opposed to 2016 with only $23K miles on it. No regrets on this Lexus and so far, others love it too!
We were treated with respect and had a wonderful experience. Perry was our main contact and he is exceptional. We would definitely recommend this dealer to others.

Very rugged with many manual functions, including seat adjustments. I was looking for bright red and it was Crimson red instead. It was designed for off road adventures. I was looking for an all wheel drive that could manage an incline and rock road in the winter. The car is really cool, it just didn't have what I really wanted.
We are first time Lexus purchasers and the entire experience with Bell Lexus was wonderful!
We came to Bell Lexus from referral after a bad experience with another dealer and we are so glad we did. This is how you develop long term customers. We will sure be back again!
Reliable, fuel-efficient car

If you are looking for a car with a lot of bells and whistles, this isn't it. The bluetooth is spotty but otherwise everything is solid. Very fuel efficient and comfortable, so if you have long commutes, this is a good car. Has a fair amount of storage space for a small car.
Samantha Terry was very accommodating and easy to work with. We were able to come to a fair deal on our 2010 Prius. I will not hesitate to visit Lexus of Chandler in the future. This was my second time purchasing from a Penske dealership, and both were pleasant experiences.
Great looking SUV... Until it becomes unreliable.

Fun to drive and very capable in the snow. After lots of highway driving for work - the air conditioning unit failed. This is a critical component as it is needed for the entire engine to work.
I was shocked to find out that Not only was it a $2,600 repair, but worse there or no new or used units available in the United States and the air conditioning unit was on backorder with no definite time of when they were going to receive any new units.
So right now the car is dead and cannot operate and it cannot be repaired. I don't even know how something like this happens this is a terrible car company.

After multiple searches on cars.com and visits to other car makes, I decided to come into your showroom not even sure if I wanted a Lexus. I drove away a couple of days later in my new NX300 with a big smile on my face. Karen Phillips, our Sales Consultant, was knowledgeable, friendly and professional. She was patient as we debated on exactly what we wanted and led us to the right decision rather than pushing us.
After some back-and- forth discussion with Ed on pricing, we feel that we got a great car at a fair price.
I used to dread car shopping, but this was totally “new school” car buying at it’s best, lots of personal attention as well as an educated sell rather than a hard sell.

Found this particular model (R-line w/lighting package))with 16,500 miles on it. Bought it 4 months ago, put 2,500 miles on it with road trip to Florida...no issues (and upper 30's on mpg highway)5, 000 miles overall. Ride and comfort good, lots of storage/leg room, technology excellent (had 2009 Jetta prior), and many comments on good looks. Still have year to go on warranty, don't expect any issues.
My second purchase from Chandler Lexus. Gene Penna, the internet manager worked diligently with me until we got the right car and right price. Tom Watson took over and completed the sale, Tom was very professional. I would highly recommend both Gene and Tom.

Though there are several luxury SUVs out there that may be more costly or look better or claim to be better, there is nothing like an LX from Lexus. This is the third version that I've owned and it is by far the best. It is solid, with great acceleration, it is quiet with an extremely smooth ride and is extremely capable off the road. Reliability has always been excellent as I said, and I have had the privilege to own two previous LX 470s before this and had put well over 130,000 miles on each one of those without any significant problems. This vehicle, as well, has been wonderful that way. Additionally, this vehicle has the 19 speaker stereo option and it is the absolutely best stereo system I have ever heard in a vehicle. Overall, there are no SUVs in this category which combine all of these elements plus the rideability of a Lexus. Go ahead and buy a range rover but could luck with the reliability.
I have just purchase a 2017 Rx350 FSPORT from Lexus Of Chandler. I didn't need to shop around, I service 2 Rx350's there. The service manger Jim Deboy is the main reason for the first time in my life I didn't shop around before I bought. The buyer experience was a pleasure and even the haggling was a give and take. Everyone through the whole process was a pleasure to work with. Beautiful human beings top to bottom at the dealership. You want excellent service. The main man, service manager Jim Deboy you won't find a better manager or human being in Arizona or from NY where we moved from. For 46 yrs I have been buying new cars and truthfully this was a long experience for the day and the most pleasurable of all my buying experiences. I said it before I bought I don't need nor want to go anywhere else because of Jim Deboy and I'll say it after the experience. No better place in Arizona and NY, no better people or service. When a problem pops up which is part of owning a car. Jim always handles it and resolves it in the end and that's the 100% truth.

The vehicle had good power for a smaller engine and provided surprising efficiency. The ride was acceptable even on long journeys. Shifting through the gears was smooth.
