I love my car but come on! How many people have I seen online with the exact problem OVERHEATING!! Did the makers do this on purpose? It seems to me they did! I was headed to work 25 miles away from home & yep over heated out of the blue. Replaced tensioner pulley belt and thermostat. Again! Replaced water pump still overheating! Then both front wheel bearings out at the same time replaced. Replaced over flow tanks cap. Throttle position sensor and vehicle speed sensor plus went through $300 worth of antifreeze no joke! Why are us cadillac owners having the exact same issue? That's not fair! I tell you people will do anything for money so sad! We should get some kind of repayment!

We leased an escalade ESV from the dealership - using Jim Rapp as our salesman. He was so professional, warm and very receptive to what we were looking for. There was no haggling over price, no multiple walks to the manager. The whole deal was done under an hour. I absolutely hate car shopping, but Jim and Sarant changed my opinion of the process. Have you ever taken a sentimental journey back to a favorite place only to find that yesteryears landscape may have changed yet the allure and intrinsic beauty of it still shined through filling you with a yearning to make that little spot of the World all yours? Well, that was my reaction when I first saw the CT4. This small Cadillac is very modern looking, yet it inherited the subtle, classic beauty of its distant relatives. The linear lines of its design, (that instantly identifies it as a Cadillac) with a touch of sculpturing make the CT4 appear longer and larger than it is. The handsome modern yet distinctive grill and front end also clearly announces it as unmistakably a Cadillac. Cadillac's designers put some thought in designing the rear of the CT4 giving it an unclutter attractive balanced look unlike many of its competitors' back-ends which shout out "after-thought". (I state my opinion knowing beauty is in the eyes of the beholder). A view of the back of the CT4 boast vertical taillights, another attractive and dateless classic Cadillac signature feature yet modern in their appealing integration around the sides of the rear quarter panels. The Cadillac CT4 presents itself as a nice balance between a small sport and luxury car. I find the modern definition of interior luxury to my liking and its quality and appearance on par, in my opinion, with its competitors which I've sat inside. The CT4 feels like "home". The DIC is easy to read, and the CUE is intuitive and not difficult at all to navigate. Controls are thoughtfully located within reach whether on the steering wheel or on the touch screen. The seats are comfortable and give all the support I need even for a man my size. For a sport car the front seating area of the cabin is surprisingly roomy with plenty of leg room. I do not feel closed-in or cramped in the cabin. As for the rear seating area, it is small and, in my opinion, it is not a car for those with a family nor for those who need to frequently transport others. The trunk is small and not suitable for those who need to haul a lot around. All around visibility when driving is very good and driving safety is augmented by all the safety features that come standard with the CT4. There is very good vision from the large sideview mirrors as well as the rearview mirror. (Speaking of safety features and other desirable options, the Premium Luxury trimline, which I have, offers much more for your money and is well worth considering when looking to buy this Cadillac.). I find I have no difficulty in entering or exiting this car. Some of the many features that tickle my fancy and put a smile on my face are the auto-high/low beam, the rain sensor function, the exterior lighting option which turns on the lights when approaching the car (great safety and convenient option especially at night), the auto locking of the doors (eliminates that nagging question I have when I'm in a rush--"Did I lock the car?"), cornering lamps (so glad Cadillac brought them back). The Bose radio is fantastic. I absolutely love the long linear hood that gives me a sense as to where the front end of the car ends! The CT4 comes with many more options too numerous to list here. The Turbo 4-cylinder engine is powerful and responsive. It took me a couple of days to get use to the fast response and power from it. Driving the CT4 on winding roads is a pleasure and fun. The car moves effortlessly and confidently without swaying. On the straight away it is a pleasure to drive. The ride is comfortable and smooth. I very rarely have the need to drive highways. Most of my driving is local and the car has been consistently averaging around 25 to 26 MPG on premium gas (which is recommended for the CT4). I have not owned this car long enough to attest to the long-term reliability of it but if it is like the other new Cadillacs (and the numerous other GM brand cars) I have owned in the past, it will be trouble-free and very reliable.

The dealer was great. But the apple play in my 2024 Sierra is not yet supported. What the xxxx is that about? How the heck can you sell an incomplete vehicle? I?d like to know when it will be fixed. And it better be soon.

I would like to start with the quote: "This is not a real V" (Has a 3.0L V6 Twin turbo engine and not the corvette V8 6.2 compressor) But, don't let that fools you. 0-62mph comes in less than 4 sec which is insane for the 360hp that Cadillac claims. I own the CT5-V for over 4 months now. This car is one of the best looking sedans that you can buy. It's also comes in all wheel drive which is a great option especially if you live in New York city. The interior is excellent! No cheap plastic, no creaks and the 10" infotainment system has no lag and simply is one of the best in the market. The size of the vehicle is similar with the BMW 5 series and not with the 3 series. The leg room for the rear passengers is great even for a 6' person. Just take that car for a test drive and you will be amazed.

It was a long wait to receive my car but so worth it. The ride is smooth and very quiet. I love my car and highly recommend it. Seat adjustments are comfortable and work well, even fitting a short person like myself. Reverse camera is a wide and realistic coverage, very helpful. Cruise control is a bit different but easy to learn. I suggest, if possible, a spot to set a purse so as not to entwine with legs. Console is larger for necessary documents and very convenient. At first, I detected a swagger in back but now it is not as prevalent, possibly my adjustment to the vehicle.

John McCoy was a great salesman! He was honest, communicated well, and applied no pressure to make a decision. This dealership was the only one on Long Island that was willing to negotiate a deal on the car I purchased. Every other dealer said that they could not lower the price of the car even $1. This is the third vehicle that I purchased or leased from this dealership and I will return when I am ready for my next vehicle.

The CT5 sport looks great and rides great. I don't have any complaints, everything is great so far. The dealer, Dimmitt Cadillac in St Pete has been great as well.

I traded my 3 year old 2019 Blazer to get a new CT5-V Series. The car is nicely equipped & lovely to look at inside & out. The leather black & white interior has a hi-end look & feel, plus heated & ventilated seats. This car is about the same size as the current model Honda Accord. The 360hp V6 feels willing, able & smooth. The exhaust has a sporty note. 10 speed auto shifts very smoothly. This is the best driving Cadillac I've been in & just to reiterate, has a sporty feel. It's not the "cushy" Brougham feeling Caddy's were known for in the 1980's. It looks very smart, has enough advanced technology to boggle your mind & overall, gets you there in style! On the downside, I ordered this car in March & took the process 7 months before car arrived at my Dealership.

Buying my Buick was a great experience, they give you time to breath while looking around then approach for help and answer questions! Service area is alway great, always work with you to get the appointment you need! Will be leasing my next car from them for sure!!

I'm just 3 weeks into owning and driving this new car, having accepted that my 300,000 mile 22 year old Olds couldn't be rejuvenated. The CT5 is a fine looking intermediate sized sedan. The dealership support seems solid. I think I have mastered the most important 2/3 of what all the switches and controls do. We have the twin-turbo engine and, as advertised, it accelerates well. The jury is out on the run-flat tires and nonexistent equipment to change a tire. The car could use more headroom in the rear seats. But there is lots to like as well. The heads-up display is great and I've configured the dashboard to monitor things I want like tire pressure and coolant temperature (among many other possible things). It connects well with my mobile phone and charges while doing this. The basic radio pulls in all sorts of stations. It feels well constructed and I was delighted to learn almost all of the car was made in the US, Canada, or Mexico. It is a pleasure to drive and it induced me to pick up a copy of Aretha Franklin's Freeway of Love singing about her Pink Cadillac, even if mine is white.

Got my CT5 about 5 months ago...it is everything I expect from Cadillac. Love the interior and the exterior style reeks of class and performance! The police have flagged me down only to compliment the car! I'm a GM girl and they continue to make me proud. LOVE my CT5! :+)

After going to into a few other Cadillac dealerships I finally went to Sarant Cadillac. I felt welcomed immediately. I sat with Jim Rap and I knew I didn't need to go anywhere else. It was a no hassle negotiation that hadn't happened anywhere else. They were able to get the vechicle in a timely fashion. Just an overall good experience. I wouldn't go anywhere else if I was to lease or buy a Cadillac.

I have the Sport AWD trim in Velocity Red. I’m coming off a 2015 Subaru Legacy Limited, which I loved. There is no comparison between the two cars. Even in sport mode the CT4 has a more comfortable ride. The Legacy’s cabin was a little roomier but the fit and finish on the Cadillac is top notch. Handling is much better too.

Customer service was pretty good. They have a lot of good vehicles which made it hard to choose. I bought a Subaru Outback. I dealt with Ed the general manager. He made sure I was happy and gave me the best deal possible. I'd recommend this place to others. I'll definitely buy from here again!!

Switched from a BMW 5 Series to the Cadillac XTS. It is far superior than the BMW and Jaguar XJ previously owned. Both of those foreign extractions were money pits. I purchased the X with 66,000 miles on it and have not experienced the failures other reviewers have lamented so I question the authenticity of their review. The XTS is, in my opinion, one of the most alluring cars on the road today, 2023. It has great presence and commands attention. By far the best car I have ever owned and its reliability has not disappointed. The Platinum trim interior is exquisite. It did, afterall, win Ward's 10 Best (automotive) Interiors of 2013. Definitely a keeper. Get one.

The buying process was easy. I came in and ordered my silverado 1500. The bad part wasn't the dealers fault but I placed the order on December 24, 2024. It came in April 28th , 2025. That was over a 4 month wait. That is way too long .

we love the car! being a Cadillac, I figured the fit and finish would be of better quality. driver door was out of line took back to dealer and they made it better, but not perfect. Little disappointed
