November 28,2018...This was our 11th puchase/lease from Donaldson???s VW. The first 9 were Jetta???s or Golfs-stick one rabbit in there...the last 2 have been Tiguan leases.. I believe the last 5-6 have been arranged with Brad Drexler. Brad is professional, fair, honest, knowledgeable, and prompt. This experience and past experiences have been relaxed and easy. Donaldson???s is a family business and such all their customers are treated as part of the family. Our family is so appreciative of Brad and his quick and compassionate work and response when my daughters car was totaled (2 x...neither was her fault)...VW the safest cars around...thank you Donaldson???s for another great experience...and thank you Brad!
Michael Chiofalo was a really nice guy who sold my husband and I our car after being in a car accident. I wasn???t exactly ready to get a new car since we have been trying to save for a house and my old car was paid off but when life gives you lemons.... you make lemonade. Honestly, he was so easy going and made life a lot easier without adding on stress. He didn???t pressure me into my contact and that???s what I was most concerned about. I didn???t want some sleezy salesman and I have been a sales woman before - so I get it. I just needed to be given options and a soft touch. So thank you Mike for helping me and my husband our purchase our first Subaru. I truly feel safe in this car.
The professionalism and courtesy was beyond exceptional. Showrooms were spotless. My point person was Justin Martinez he handled my trade in and putting in my new BMW. Joseph Saint-Val was my BMW genius. He spent over an hour sitting with me in my new car. He covered all the bases in acclimating me with my car. Joe was super professional and extremely knowledgeable. The last person I sat with was Helga Carroll who handled the financial segment.She was extremely knowledgeable and explained every little detail to me. All in all my experience at Competion BMW was perfect.
Mazen helped us get a car at this dealership and it was a great process all the way through. We got the car and color we wanted with all the features and I can't wait to start driving it. Very nice staff!
I travel 10 miles to go here for service because the dealership is small and has a friendly atmosphere. It is easy to get too and even in high rush hour traffic times there's no problems getting into the driveway and finding parking. Unlike the larger dealerships across the Island, Metric is an independent (just Subaru) and is truly hassle free. It has less customer volume which enables them to focus individually on getting things done. Service is typically done faster than the original estimates. When they say an hour it usually means 35 minutes. Its the dealers job to make money on services. I get it. However it is cost competitive with other dealerships in the area. I'm still waiting on their new facilities proposal to be built as the building is old and needs updating. The service waiting room is small and you will need to walk about to stretch your legs as it's too tight for tall folks to extend knees locked. The waiting room chairs need to be updated for longer sit ins, they serve their purpose for 30 minutes tops. What really is nice, is your free to walk the facility and grounds while waiting with out an employee asking if you need help every 5 minutes.
Metric Subaru was my choice to buy my new Outback and I was very happy. They didn't haggle or hard sell, they just gave me a good price (I researched before) and a fair deal. My Outback has surpassed my expectations and I am a very satisfied customer.
Being in the hospitality business myself, I am driven by a level of service that creates both a memory and experience. Mercedes Benz of Huntington did not disappoint. Anthony Mastroianna was the sales associate that assisted me from start to finish. His approach was warm and welcoming and at no time during the process did I feel pressured.
My recent leasing an X2 from Habberstad was totally different from any other dealer I have I have dealt with. Your salesman, (Tom Drake) made the experience a pleasurable event. I definitely will recommend Habberstad to my family and friends.
I know my customer service rep a little too well...

The service at Mercedes-Benz of Huntington is wonderful. Unfortunately, I'm there too often. My 350E gets a flat or blowout frequently - a pot hole or change in weather can trigger. On Thanksgiving Day we got TWO flat tires at once, a trick to handle with only one spare. Tom Palermo handled our service needs quickly and efficiently and made it clear that I am not alone. As often as I get my flats, he assured me that other car owners get theirs far more frequently than me.
My dealership if choice for Mercedes Benz. Eric Grobert sets and surpasses the bar for service, professionalism and commitment to customer retention. He tries to secure an appt for you asap. Usually very happy with actual service, as I was this time; or so I thought. I was told it was a software issue and an oil change. $500+. As I write this review, car failed to go into gear & it is sitting at aamco for an intelligence module within the transmission, a rebuilt transmission. Estimated cost $5300! I'm not sure what MBHuntington missed, but in addition to $5300, lots of lost time & inconvenience for me.
It was a pleasure dealing with devan Infiniti. I have bought many cars in my life and have had some horrible experiences with customer service but here it was flawless. I felt welcomed there the minute I stepped in. They treated me like a friend instead of someone trying get get money from me. Unlike most dealers, I actually met and spoke to their used car manager and he made it clear that he would help me out the best he could and truly appreciated my business. I will definitely buy from there in the future and would recommend to anyone.
Have been going to Devan Infiniti since my brother and I bought our EX35s there in 2009. I have always been impressed with the quality of the service provided. They have been quite fair with their prices and the quality of the work is top-notch, Bill and Chris in service are great and know their stuff. Highly recommended.
You are crazy if you do not come to this dealer!!!

Honest, caring, respectful and the best dealer around. I have been going to this dealership for over a year and the amazing service has never changed. They take the time to explain services without pressuring you to do it there. I would buy an Infiniti just to come to this dealership. Simply the best!
We are just bought our first Porsche Cayenne S at this dillership. The purchase process was made at very professional way. All team was great : David, Fernando , Tony excellent businessmans and professionals!!! Delivery proses and car condition was outstanding !!!
I bought a used Infiniti from another dealership. I wanted an extra key and only Infiniti can do it. On the car faxe for my vehicle the previous owner always brought it here. So I called all of the Infiniti dealerships in the area for pricing n Devan was the best. I brought my car there and told them I wanted the key as well as a few problems I noticed. The fixed a bunch of stuff under the factory warranty and washed my car inside and out!!! The also sell a package free oil change for the entire time you own the car for 200!!!! I mean come on how can you beat that!!!! I love this place!!!!
