Hands down the BEST dealership around! The Solon LR/Jag dealership is 2 min from my office and where I got my last car; but after bad customer service experiences there I decided to make the drive to Westside. It is 1000% worth it! The facilities and the people are great! The real star of the show there is their finance manager Jess Schad! I have never had such a great car buying experience, and it’s all thanks to her. She made everything easy and PERFECT! Jess went completely above and beyond in customer service throughout the entire process. I was blown away by her personalized attention at every step. She made both the shopping and the actual purchase not just seamless, but actually enjoyable (I normally dread it)! My uncle is a car-buying and financial guru, and came with me to pick up the car. He said in all of his decades of car buying he hadn’t seen such great service. He was so impressed with Jess and everything she did, from the presentation/unveiling of the car to the paperwork organized ready to go when we arrived. He now wants to go there for his next car. Liberty Ford in Brunswick: The Salesman, David Baisden,was very helpful, friendly, and he called us back within a reasonable time. What impressed us most is his truthfulness: he quoted a price with a certain vehicle, over the phone, and it was the same when we showed up at the dealership. We bought this vehicle sight unseen and they delivered it for free. Facility and bathroom were clean and tidy. Everyone was friendly who worked there and they made us feel at home. Financing took time but was within reason. We felt that no one pushed us into something we disagreed with or didn't want.

Friendly staff, great price for the car. There was a far bit of waiting around but with the volume of cars they are shifting on a daily basis, it was kind of expected. From the very short test drive to driving out with my car was around 45 minutes.Would definitely use then again.

Nothing but good things to say about the Ford Transit Connect Van. Easy to drive, great on gas mileage and extremely reliable. this has lots of room for our family of 6 plus tons of room for storage.

It is highly utilitarian, no frills. Highy efficient fuel wise. Semi automatic transmission annoyed me at first but actually works extremely well. Only relibility problem was bad battery ground connector cam lock. It caused lots of problems.

Rod Nichols was a blessing to me. He found me the car I wanted and went the extra mile to get me in the car! I would recommend Rod to anyone looking for a car!

I have purchased or brought friends to purchase seven KIA cars (Soul, Seltos, Sportage) in the past four years. Dave Sabitina has been my salesperson of choice for each of the transactions. My only complaint is that the car wash is terrible and I don’t use it, so the free car washes are not a perk.
