Took the family to Vegas for a week. Enterprise have me the choice between the Malibu, Charger and K5. My youngest didn't want the grey Malibu and I didn't want to pay for the gas on the Charger with the V8. So we went with the black K5. I drive a SUV so it took some time to use to bending down to get into he car. Once we started driving I noticed how smooth and quiet the car was. The car accelerated with ease and the braking made you feel safe. My Dodge Journey is 2015 and doesn't have all the new tech. The K5's blindspot and car In front of you leaving warnings are great features. Although the K5 had great features the only negative I had was the infotainment unit. The unit worked just fine, I just didn't like how it was integrated. It looks as it was installed as an afterthought. Looks like it was just inserted like a Lego piece, I would prefer it flush in the dash.

I drove an hour to get to this dealership, and as such, I did all of the negotiation and communication with my salesman Zane over the phone before ever seeing my car. He made sure everything was smooth sailing when my wife and I arrived, got me in and out in just over an hour. He made sure I knew the features of the vehicle before leaving, and had the situational awareness to let us get going when my 3 year old daughter was getting cranky. He was very busy when I contacted him, since it was the end of the month... but he took the time to get all the paperwork started even on his day off to ensure things were ready. A huge thanks to Zane and the staff of Laria for being hospitable, friendly, and professional. When it's time to replace my wife's car in a couple years, I hope we can do business again.

Honestly the Hummer H3 has aged well! I mean for it to be almost 20yrs old it still looks great! I get compliments on my H3 just about everyday! Very reliable in any condition rain, sleet, snow it handles like a champ it’s literally a mini Tank. Maintenance on it is very simple i did a break job in under 30 mins🤯. If i could change anything it would be the interior it’s pretty tight inside and the i5 motor and THATS IT! Definitely waiting to come across a steal on an Alpha🤞🏾.

I had a great experience with this dealership. You get what you pay for. I see the other reviews bashing this place, but inexpensive cars are going to have issues. Don’t expect a high-end car for a low price, people! I got a 2006 Jeep Commander there last summer. $5,000. Lots of miles and needed a few things. I compared a few other “better dealerships” and they wanted $2,000-$3,000 more. I put $500 into getting it up to par, another $600 for tires that I preferred and figured I was ahead on the deal. People’s expectations need to fit reality. These are good people, providing decent cars at good prices. Maybe include some money for a few repairs in your used car budget. It benefited me to think that way.

Always trouble with fuel filters and ignition switch .my drivers window locks me in the car on rainy days, I have to roll window down and open door from outside.Headliner is shredded like I used a knife on it

Do your own due diligence. My daughter bought her first car there. 07 with 80K miles. I chatted with the salesperson, and he seemed nice. Told me all cars are dealer trade ins, in as-is condition. I pulled my OWN carfax, did my own due diligence on the car we purchased. My daughter detailed the car BY HERSELF most of the day. We know there will be issues, and are prepared for them when they arise. It's a used car, 14 years old, and the cheapest car around. Got it cheaper than anywhere else for a car like that. Not the Ritz, but not totally slummy. The used car turnover there is HUGE. They don't have the time to detail there, and they DO NOT have a mechanic there. It is what it is. No expectations, no disappointments.

I have owned two 2008 Saturn Vue. First one had a accident where was hit by a pickup truck doing roughly 45 mph, in the rear. The deck behind rear seats and chasis observed the impact. No one in car was hurt. Second Vue now has 213,000 miles on it. Just replaced replaced radiator. Replaced wheel bearing, caliper, rotors and tires all way around car. Good inexpensive transportation. Engine could use more guts. But it gets you down the road.

It was worth the 10 hours total we drove to bring home an absolutely beautiful Porsche Panamera from this dealer. Mihai was fantastic to work with. He answered all our questions before the purchase and had everything arranged for us to take the car home the same day. I would definitely buy from Perfect Auto again.

I bought my AMG GTR from Aram and I love it. Aram knows his craft and very pleasant to work with. He and his crew followed through on everything they told me they would do. They replaced my windshield because of a tiny crack. To emphasize, they ordered the windshield from Germany for me and it was perfect. I would highly recommend Aram and will buy other cars from him in the near future. I Trust him !

Our 2022 Taos is almost 2 years old with about 21K mileage. Very satisfied with our car. For the price point (25K) it provides good handling, a comfortable ride and great interior space for a subcompact SUV. The gas mileage is amazing at over 40 MPG on the highway and about 30 MPG tooling around town. Couldn't be happier!

My cl 55 amg is a 2004 with 62,000 miles on it. I have done fuel system upgrades, cooling upgrades, ECU STAGE 3 upgrade, and methanol injection. I got rid of the rediculously expensive to repair ABC suspension and went with adjustable coilovers. The car is stupid fast and incredibly heavy, so the huge AMG brakes and the new Michelin 4s tires are the only thing keeping me alive so far. Incedibly beautiful 16 mpg car, but the physics of weight (4500 lbs.) and high speed will bite you if you aren't a skilled driver. Do not be overconfident in your abilities with this car. It is a beast. But, BUY ONE !!!!! NOW!!!

I purchased the 540i xDrive with shadowline package in March 2022. The exterior is absolutely beautiful, The vehicle handles very well. Excellent acceleration. I love the option to be able to switch driving element from economy, comfort or sport. Driver assist works great; even on curves. There’s not much back seat room to move your feet, or if you have big feet, but overall a very comfortable vehicle. I can’t think of any other luxury sedan I’d select over it.

I am a senior citizen and I want to feel secure while driving, and the SUV gives me that. I am on the short side so getting in and out was a new experience for me, but I learned how to manage it. Once, I found the seat setting the visibility is exceptionally good. It handles nicely on the road with quick pick-up, and the gas mileage is about average.

I purchased my MB certified 2019 GLE400 two years ago and have driven 30K miles with no issues. I have owned several SUVs - Audi & Toyota Landcruisers; the 400 is by far the best. Very comfortable ride, excellent handling, acceleration, smooth braking & quiet. 17-18 around town; 25-27 highway. It takes a learning curve for the entertainment center but afterwards very easy. Above all - I feel safe driving my family. MB for life!!

Am in disbelief every week at the Gas Pumps. Thou a big truck, mileage per gallons are 18 +. Last week it was 22.8. This week 19.78.

The young gentleman Evan Rowan assisted my husband and I looking for a SUV. We test drove the trax and was pleasantly surprised by the ride and room in car. Evan was polite & friendly and when we decide to get new car we are coming back to Evan at Serpantini in Tallmadge.

I bought my 2016 Cmax energi SEL in 2021 with 40k on it. After a year, I now have 60 k driven over the Rockies 3x and Cascades x2 and use it locally for drives from 40 to 70 km average. I use a 220 volt charger. The best mileage comes when the weather is between 15-20C. when I averaged 3.6L/100km. This is not the most fuel efficient hybrid, nor is it the worst, but bang for buck and enjoyable ride ...it's great! Driving in the city is best on electrical mode, sometimes I get +50 km on a charge, but mostly around 35 km. A tank of fuel, (55l) can last 800-1000 km of driving. Driving is fun! Very easy to pass other vehicles on the highway without worrying. Hard to tell when the vehicle shifts between electric and ICE. Lots of headroom and space for back seat passangers. I can pack the back with lots of stuff....yes..the battery takes up room, but I always get stuff in. Build quality is okay, noticed a few glitches in parts fitting together and I did have the AC wire harness fall apart. Bottom line....I love this car and it saved me tons of money in fuel costs

I recently bought a BMW 540i xdrive. It has ample acceleration, excellent handling on curves, a ride that is neither harsh nor floaty, and gets decent mileage. Wind and road noise are well suppressed, and the Harmon-Kardon stereo system is excellent. The built-in navigation system is also the best of those I've experienced. The trunk is adequate for vacation traveling, the rear seat folds, and there is adequate leg room for rear passengers. The only drawbacks are that the car was over-engineered with three different ways of doing almost everything: voice command, iDrive, and touch screen. The owner's manual is available online and in printed format, but the instructions are difficult to find and to follow. There are some features missing in a passenger car in this price and size segment: rear seat temperature control, and passenger seat memory. I also find the standard front seats a little narrow compared to the Volvo I had been driving.

I bought an used Honda Civic about three months ago at a decent price. The process was pretty easy and straightforward and it only took like an hour. Afterwards, I took the car for an oil change and a check up. I only needed to replace the front brakes and a sway bar. It was just basic routine maintenance so it did not cost too much. Overall, it was a good experience and I would recommend it.

Simply an amazing piece of tech. We purchased ours last year with 260,000kms on it for $7000. The battery still works well, enough to go a few kilometers just on battery power! Only issue we've had is some noisy rear wheel bearings which will eventually have to be replaced (about $1000 labour and parts). All and all, we are extremely satisfied!

Overall they provided excellent service and customer service was 5 stars would definitely recommend to others.

Got my spring green iM in 2020 with 35k miles, it is now July 2023 and still love it. has 58k miles now and is basically a new car (garaged) still! ill be keeping it for years and years to come.
