'62 BelAir or Impala ???
My recommendation is driven by its rare existence today. I have a question here. After all these years one has had a lot of time to make changes to the original. My parents had a 1962 Impala in red like this one and my grandmother had a 1962 Bel Air. Her Bel Air was a 6 cylinder with three on the tree and the BelAir tell tale two taillights per side. My parents Impala had the white stripe trimmed in chrome like this example, 8 cylinder, automatic, and three taillights per side in the aluminum brightwork per your example. My grandmothers BelAir had a body colored finish as a base for the two light BelAir design. The Impala was a more deluxe model. These seats dont look original to me. The original BelAir interior was a very spartan cloth . Could it be that this BelAir has an optional Impala trim package ??
