1st car for my son - Great place!

I have worked with Dale Thorsen before, when I purchased my first Mazda. I was extremely confident going in knowing he would take care of me and my family. His customer service was nothing less than OUTSTANDING ! Although he was working with 3 different sets of customers at the same time, he was polite and did not make me feel rushed. He found us a 2007 Mazda6 with SUPER-LOW miles for my 17-year old that was right in his budget and had everything he wanted - other than being manual transmission. Not a big deal...let's get the basics down first :) We talked about the extended service contract (term, deductible and price) that we wanted for the vehicle so that my son wouldn't have to worry about major mechanical expenses while he was at college. PERFECT ! Everything was great! Went in to finance to do the paperwork, and Ziggy changed the term and deductible. He tried to get me to sign the papers, telling me, "Don't worry - it will be different on the contract". I'm sorry - but if I'm signing my name on a formal document, then it had better be correct! I threatened to walk away from the deal before he went out to the managers and came back. He then (with major attitude) told me, "The managers finally ok'ed it. I guess we will take the loss." I'm sorry - I am not going to let one person ruin my whole experience, when everything up to that point was great. I mentioned it to Dale after we were done signing the paperwork, and he apologized profusely. My son now happily owns his first Mazda, and I will still come back to Greenfield Mazda for my future purchases on newer Mazdas! The greatest thing is that they know your name when you walk in the door :) Hats off to Dale for a great experience!
