I love my new Chevy Blazer! It drives like a dream and is super comfortable and quiet. The turbo engine makes getting from zero to 60 lots of fun! It has all the bells and whistles of a luxury car and makes me feel like a millionaire when I’m driving around in it!

How many times have you been to a dealer service department only to wait infinitely to even get a 'Hello'? Have you walked away disappointed promising to never return to such a consumer unfriendly trench? I have, but yesterday gave me a much-needed dealer service department experience. I don't know about you, but to me, if the employee behind the counter has a disgruntled attitude, that will make me adapt the same attitude, and the experience will end up a total nightmare. Into the picture comes Mariel Sun. Mariel is a service advisor at Clay Cooley Mitsubishi in Arlington, Texas off I-20 1480 West. The details of my visit are not important to my review. What is important is how amazing Mariel was and how she very kindly and professionally took care of my vehicle. Dealer service advisors like Mariel are a needle in a haystack. I bought a year old BMW. The price was better than I found at other dealerships. They were prepared to go as slow as I wanted and answer all my questions, but that's not what I wanted. I wanted fast! So after a quick test drive went in and signed the paperwork, while they washed it for me. They let me leave my old car there and drive my new car home. There was a headlight malfunction and they said it was completely covered under warranty. However, because it was a software issue, Carmax said I needed to take it to BMW, but that Carmax would cover any costs. They were true to their word!

This was a great experience! I do not like buying cars but the team at Autonation in Denton made buying a car easy! Herbert was a great sales guy that wasn?t high pressure and didn?t call or text 100 times. The manager Jordan was very friendly and help make the experience even better. Ravi in finance gave us good options and helped get us a better rate without being over bearing. Overall, one of the best car buying experiences I?ve had!

I drove over two hours to look at a new truck that was on a really impressive discount. After I arrived I was informed that all of the trucks with that discount had sold several days prior after I was told by multiple people that truck was there. I was then informed by the manager that it was a mess up on their end. At most dealerships that wouldve led me to leave however their salesman and the manager not only honored the discount on a different truck but put me in a newer, less miles, and better equipped model for a difference of maybe $800. While the mix up of what had sold versus what was available was frustrating. The fact that the salesman and manager worked with me to get me an even better deal speaks volumes. Also, no hidden add ons or xx was a huge plus!

I bought a 2024 Silverado 2500 HD from Mike Black. Mike made the process as quick and comfortable as possible. Great product knowledge and easy to work with. Responsive and helpful. Would not hesitate doing business with Mike in the future

I am from Louisiana and was able to call and speak to a salesman, named Johnny. He was able to give me the bottom line price over the phone. Emailed me salesman invoice to verify. No change in price when I made the drive to Reliable Chevrolet. I would do it again

After many hours of learning current market values and contacting many dealerships, Classic Chevrolet in the first phone conversation revealed no fixed or high pressure add ons - that was enough for me. Dealing with Classic Chevrolet was about as straightforward as you can get in dealing with any car dealership. Vehicle was available and as described, no dealer add ons (which seems to be a major issue in Internet pricing), and no high pressure sales. Just the typical unfun price negotiation at the end which I have 100% experienced in my every car buying experience. As a totally different experience, cars.com should deny service to Autosaavy and Car Revolution. One would be insane to attempt a purchase after reading their reviews. They do harm to the Internet buying experience.

I am not a soft or easy person to win over. However Autonation of Denton won me over! They made the process super easy even for a single lady to buying a car. I will totally return when ready to buy another!

Everyone was very courteous, friendly, and professional. The dealership was very clean, neat, and well stocked. The environment felt very safe with no pushiness throughout the purchasing process.

Vanessa and one of the managers ( can't recall his name) were extremely helpful. There was some confusion about the scheduled maintenance and what was covered and what wasn't. I explained to Vanessa and the manager what had been communicated to me by Graff Chevy & Brandon at Classic...they reviewed everything and completed the service based on what was communicated to me and sorted out the other communication internally. Additionally the service was completed in half the time I expected. Previously, I had a challenging experience with the body shop so Classic was not my first choice for this work, but I decided to give you a other try and it worked out far better. I'm pleased with this service and thanks again to Vanessa and the service manager she engaged to assist.
