When I arrived at the dealership I was greeted by Jason Tate who was just finishing up with another customer. He was good and he was thorough. He was also probably juggling 3,4 customer at a time so there were some lulls and waits. Overall decent experience.
I did get the car I wanted but there was little budging on the price. Paid around $700-$1000 above the NADA suggested retail for the vehicle in excellent shape.
Also beware, their doc fee is $599. Around $200-$300 more than some of the other dealers I went to see. And there is no budging on that either. They were adament about that as well.
It appeared they had a very good inventory of vehicles and a wide variety of them too.

As an older work/play 4x4 it's amazing. A lot of incidental issues with door locks, electric windows but it runs lime a champ. Big block 454 is a strong runner still after 225000 miles.
Chassis is solid too.
Dealer made the process simple and easy. Overall great used car dealer. They also don’t pressure you into buying a car from them.overall great local business.
BETTER SUBURBAN GAS MILEAGE
by 4 x 4 addict from Philippines

Awesome power, I filled up to the brim from the nearest gas station and set my odometer 0000. With 5 pax on board we headed North 166 kilometers end point. Cruised at 80 to 90 kilometers per hour coz youll get a ticket at 100( overspeeding). After that long trip, we started to head back at 7pm. with the same pax load. And after 2 and half hours i passed by the same gas station to refill and find the mileage rating. I got 8.3 kilometers per liter of unleaded gas. Roughly 33 miles per gallon. Far better than any SUV you could find. Why? i had the fuel line MAGNETIZED sandwich between the two magnets. It provided better mileage. I swear its the Best for better mileage.
Quentin!! You surpassed my expectations in every measure possible as a sales person!! You are great at what you do!! One of the most dependable GM vehicles ever made

I own a K2500 Suburban SLT with 213,458 miles on it. It has always ran strong with a bulletproof 4L80E tranny and a strong 454 V8. Gas mileage is a bit underwhelming, but it has lots of power.
My car blew a rod approximately a week ago, so I needed a new car ASAP. I spent 5-6 hours perusing various car lots to no avail. I was exhausted, to say the least. Finally decided to drive to Deep Park because of their tremendous selection of cars. Met Marcus and I could tell right away that he wasn't interested in selling me something that I just "kindof" liked-to make a deal and a quick buck. He was very patient, letting me test drive a couple of cars, even one car numerous times. I decided on a Mazda, purchased it and drove home. When I got home, I quickly realized that I made the wrong decision, and I wanted another car I was looking at on the lot- a Volkswagen Eos. Marcus and his team allowed me to return the Mazda and trade it for the Volkswagen- no problem!!! If you are looking for a dealership that's only goal is to make the customer truly happy, you found it!
Well Cared For Never let me Down

I wouldn't be afraid to sell this car to my relatives. I have replaced equipment as needed and I have done the regular maintenance required to keep this vehicle running smoothly. For the most part it has always been parked in a garage.
We love our suburban. It has met all of our needs for many years. It has taken us on long trips all across America from coast to coast. Did have to replace its transmission but that is to be expected on a car with over 250,000 miles and having done some hard core offroading. If there is a muddy road in Logan County my suburban has been on it. Didn't stop driving it until it got to 262,556 miles when it decided to start randomly dying. Bad alternators and batteries seem to be the GMC Suburban's plague for us.
I normally dread searching for a car and then dealing with car salesman because they can be so pushy and end up either selling you a car you don't want or making you leave with annoyance. At Dave Morton the experience was the total opposite. Down to earth people who care about your needs and what you want. Easy going to the point where you feel like your just hanging out. Julio was the one who helped me, worked with the payments so it could be where I could afford it and I can't thank him enough for making it an easy process.

Ordered this truck new, replaced 1993 model which was a great truck as well. Wanted a larger motor and more towing ability so the K2500 fit the bill. This truck has never failed me and has served our family well. GMC has built the best of the SUV type vehicles without a doubt.
Laid back experience.
Cars are as is-what you see is what you get.
The van we looked at was missing some components and the CD player didn’t appear to work. No negotiation, just if you like it great, if not keep looking.
Sales folks are straight forward-no one is making a new best friend but they are courteous.

Mitch was awesome I got the SUV I wanted..... I would recommend Liberty GMC to anyone looking for a new vehicle, And go see Mitch and Chris they will take care of you.
I am proud to say that i can update a prior review of an oil leak on a remanufactured engine that the service department installed. After a conversation with General Manager and his review of my oil leak it has been repaired. I wish that i had not had to go as high up the ladder as i did, but the outcome was good.
Good Model Year

This was probably the best car I ever owned. I traded this in for a 2015 GMC Yukon XL and that was my worst mistake.

Our first 1999 GMC Suburban we bought in 2001. It had 32,000 on it. In 2008 with 105,000 on it we lost it in a house fire. Never had any problems at all with it. We loved it. 15 avg. mpg around home and 19 mpg on trips.
Replaced it with a Denali and in 2012 traded it on a 2012 Buick Enclave. Liked both the Denali and Enclave but I still missed the roomier, performance, just overall driving and being in a 1999 Suburban. Finally convinced the wife to look for and get another 1999 Suburban. We live in southeast Iowa and found one in Marshfield Wisconsin. We rented a car and off we went to Wisconsin. 6 1/2 hours later I was looking at exactly what we lost in 2008. 1999 GMC SLT Suburban with 146,000 miles on her. We planned on staying overnight somewhere on the drive back but we didn't. I did not want to get out of it. The way it drives. The way you feel driving it (safe). The room. The interior. Knobs to turn for air or heat. The button to push for when you want and need 4x4. Simple. I can not say enough good things in how I feel about this vehicle.
Al did a good job and was not pushy. I would deal with him again. He was honest and when we pointed out a few items about the car that needed fixed he was not quick to hide them like other dealers we were out.

After 13 years and regular maintenance, this Suburban is reliable, low maintenance cost and confortable
Good experience with my used car purchase. The staff at Stewart's were very accommodating. I was from out of town and they were more than happy to work with my schedule to test drive as well as the final purchase. Great deal on used cars! Wouldn't hesitate to shop there again.

Great Sales & Service - very professional response

Let me begin with an apology for the length of these comments. Please know that each word was earned, not coerced! I usually don’t complete consumer surveys as they seem to be presumptuous, reactionary and boring. What changed my mind on this occasion? A dealership that stands behind the words they speak!
We had searched the internet for hours to find a simple, smaller 2WD pickup without all the bells and whistles, yet one with low mileage that would operate effectively for years to come. The list of available vehicles was not long in our neck of the woods but one was found at Arrottas AutoMax.
Traveling to North Spokane from Post Falls, Id was not ideal but we called and set up an appointment the next day. Meeting Joe was delightful and he interspersed answers to ALL my questions with candid responses and humor. He didn’t hesitate to provide vehicle history information and even introduced us to Tyler the owner. Both my wife and I felt comfortable and well taken care of. There were comments made that they would “take care of us” as customers throughout the process. I heard the words but had been there before.
The pickup itself had some dings - not a problem for a work vehicle from my perspective and not normally seen on a car lot – but perhaps it might work toward a lower price. They didn’t insist on participating on the test drive but showed trust, I liked it. I am not a mechanic so asked if my mechanic would be able to provide an inspection. Again receptive to our needs, an agreement was made. A lower price was offered and agreed upon should my mechanic give a thumbs up. No haggling back and forth. I liked that a lot.
My mechanic found some needed repairs that are not normally noticed on a cursory inspection. I was not thrilled to call Joe with the news. Documentation was provided and a call received from the service folks that they wanted to check things out themselves. Our thinking was that the pickup would be taken back to Arrottas and our search would continue. The repairs were not simple or inexpensive. Their response was extraordinary.
Not only did they validate the problems noted, but we were extremely impressed that they felt it was important that they repair them. Could it be that they really did want to “Take care of us”? They further showed their character when informing us that they would cover the costs. Did I mention that I was impressed? A car dealership that makes claims that they stand behind is rare these days. We thank God for the blessings we received at Arrottas AutoMax and would not be hesitant to encourage others to visit them for a wonderful vehicle buying experience.
Sincerely, Larry & Suella Graybill

I bought the 99 GMC Suburban 1500 about a month ago. I love driving this more than my 66 vette. It is so comfortable, and easy handling, that I may buy another one for my girlfriend. If you get a chance to buy one, DO IT! you'll never regret it.
I’ve purchased 6 cars from Jacqueline at Miller Bros. She went above and beyond to meet my needs each and every time. Customer service is excellent, as is the quality of the vehicles. I look forward to doing business again in the future!
The 1999 GMC Surburban 1500
by Surburban Loving Mommy from Atl, Ga

I have been driving Surburban's since I started driving, and I love this make of vehicle in general, but the 1999 GMC Surburban 1500 is my favorite thus far.
I have had my 1999 GMC Surburban 1500 for about six months now and I just love this truck! It drives and handles great! The features of this truck are great! Seating is for nine, with a removable third seat in the very back. The middle of the front and middle seats will flip down into an armrest. The one in the middle seat has cup holders, which is really wonderful with two children. The truck has front and rear air conditioning and heat, which is also very useful. My favorite feature though is the multiple powerports which allow for lots of electronics to run simultanieously.
The gas milage on this truck has really been surprisingly good for such a large sport utility vehicle. I regularly get between 18-20 miles per gallon. I would completely reccommend this truck to any family.
My experience here was great. They were friendly and great at making things work out. If it wasn't for them I wouldn't get my first car.
This is the Stallion of SUV's

I bought my Suburban used from a co-worker of my wife with over 100,000 miles about 3 years ago. I bought it because maintenance was well documented and it was very clean outside. I also purchased it because my older children, my parents and my in-laws live at least 400 miles away and this vehicle is superb for this type of travel in all kinds of weather. It pulls strong, tows anything and gives all the occupants plenty of room. The handling on this 4WD version surprised me because it was so much improved over the the 1993 Suburban that I previously owned. Contrary to some of the professional reviews I have read, I found the controls easy to understand and reach. Everyone needs to opt for the dual front and rear air/heat controls or you will have complaints from some occupant. The seats are excellent and the lumbar supports in the two front seats are fantastic. The fuel economy is about as advertised, I have driven the vehicle 50,000 miles since purchased and consistently get 13 mpg in town and 16 mpg on the highway. I have replaced the fuel pump and fuel sending unit at 130K miles(about $800), replaced the tires at the same time($600) and the alternator at 152K miles($100 for the part, $0 for labor, I did it myself). None of these seemed excessive given the mileage. Would I by another? Absolutely! Would I recommend one to a friend? I wouldn't be a friend if I didn't. I love this vehicle and that says a lot because I have owned more than 50 vehicles in my driving lifetime and own 3 others (all sedans)now. It is without question the best of the fleet.
