Boy, what lucky day for me when I chose Puente Hill Hyundai to buy my new 2015 Sonata!! Puente Hills Hyundai's salesmen Ronnie and John are wonderful & super people!!! As is finance man Mr. Dee!!! I love the Bolt in general. I just bought my 4th one. It is by far the best value in EV's with the best range. The Premier is a really cool trim...I just bought the 2022 EUV Premier again the other night...it has birds eye view camera...panoramic roof...blind spot detector..lane assist...nav....the thermal battery management system keeps that battery healthy. Range is consistent around 250 miles based on driving habits. The Bolt in any trim/body style is by far the best value in the EV market.

Alex and Juan from the Service department are amazing! My boyfriend dropped off his vehicle this past Saturday for an inspection. We returned later that evening for an update, and Alex let us know that their mechanic found an issue. Alex mentioned that it would take a few days to resolve, considering it was the weekend. During this time, Juan was already in the process of getting a rental started without being asked! Simply amazing! Alex has truly gone above and beyond to take care of us while our vehicle is being serviced. He has kept us updated the entire time, and we never had to worry or feel stressed through this process. We can't thank him enough for his patience, kindness, and phenomenal Customer Service. This location has a gem of an employee, and we hope that he is recognized! Thank you, Alex! And thank you, Juan! Great car for commuting and local use. Fast charging isn't quick but still practical for occasional long trips. After 1.5 years, not one problem. Fun to drive and quiet smooth operation. My first Chevy and I am impressed. Note that in very cold weather, EV range drops about 25%. This is true with most all EV's. This isn't an issue for daily use. For long trips, you will need to charge a little more often. In warm weather I get between 260 and 300 mile range.

When I was young I purchased two cars at Walker Berge in West LA and was lied to, and basically ripped off. I moved my business to Galpin and it’s no wonder why Berge is out of business now! This is where I met Bob Navarro & Arron Diyarza. What straight up honest guys! I have just purchased my third car from Bob and sent friends that also have purchased from him. I see some negative remarks about range in cold weather, but here in California, I get a 300 mile range in the summer, and 264 in the winter. Third year of use, battery holds better charge than when purchased brand new. Used for Uber part-time.

David Trinh had going out of his way to coordinate, communicate and followup with me during my order/purchase of my 2025 Sienna XLE. He even help me to set up my car after I already took it out of the lot weeks later. That's what cuatomer service is all anout... Thanks David

2022 EUV Premier with sun & Sound and Super Cruise , I have the car one month and love it. I bought this EV to get around Phoenix area so not concerned about range, charges up over night even if down to 35%. Chevy installed the 220V plug no money from me. Car is really fun to drive, I'm getting used to one pedal drive to try max regen So far I have had no problems at 1500mi. Everyone that had rode with me has said they have never felt such a smooth ride. Did not want the super cruise but I was on a waiting list and someone backed out of this car. I have tried super cruise and it seems to work very well.

From the moment I called the dealership, filled out the loan application ,to getting to the dealership and sign the proper paper work was a wonderful and pleasant experience! No stress, no nothing! The whole entire staff was wonderful and professional , thank you Sandy, Rene and Nizzar !

John Machado was the only reason I purchased from the dealership I drove from la to van nuys to deal with this guy he know everything about these vehicles I would highly suggest if you want to buy this is the guy to buy from. He helped me get the down payment and monthly payment where I needed them to be and made it happen. He sent a video just for me and pictures. Then he took the time on his day off to help me after the sale. Roger in the service dept also helped me out. Great staff here.

Joe Jimenez did everything possible to ensure that the issue with the emissions was covered under the GM warranty. He was very thorough and confirmed with GM to ensure there would be no out of pocket cost. Need to have more service personnel like him.

Cesar Maldonado provided excellent customer service, all the employees were very nice and I did not wait long for service to be done on my car.
