There is somewhat of a blind spot. I am having great difficulty making right turns or parking this car when I can’t see all the lines on the space. I’m a short statuted person so raising the seat more doesn’t seem to be an option.

BUT Nalley GMC made my car shopping a quick and painless experience without the feeling of being rushed. Everything was taken care of online and when I went in to sign and pickup my vehicle I was in and out in under an hour.

Great car generally. It is a very pretty car. The turning is very stiff and it is really fast. The visibility isn’t very good, and it has tiny back seats, but those are the only cons. The entire design is awesome, and though a lot of Chevys don’t last long, this one has been running at peak performance for about 6 months and still performs the way it did when I bought it.

I recently purchased A 2018 Alpina B7 from Ray at Motor Cars Of Chicago. When I purchased the car I made it clear to Ray that I was going to be in need of the title in ASAP fashion – Ray said I’d have the title within two weeks and boy did I just like he said he fulfilled the promise he made no questions asked. Also on the way home after taking delivery, I had a very minor problem that turned out to be a bad battery. Ray was unaware of when we took delivery of the car – Ray didn’t hesitate he reimbursed me for the batteries I had to have installed at the BMW dealer by the BMW dealer. He said the car was flawless and he stood behind that statement. Ray is very straightforward and no xx perhaps not full of warm fuzzies for everyone but a great way to do business, especially in the luxury and highline car business. I find Ray to be honorable direct and stand up and we’ll do business with him again if I had any reservations about doing business with them before this transaction, they are all completely gone and yours should be too. As dealerships go - these guys were easy to work with. The process was quick and fairly smooth. I abhor the car-buying process, but this was not terrible. The facility itself was very nice, clean and welcoming. Oscar was my salesman and he was very good at keeping in touch with me until I could make it in.

Our experience was smooth and fat. Living an hour and a half away, we didn't want to waste a trip if they couldn't value our trade at what we expected. Logan Plumley worked everything out via phone to our liking before we even visited them. Trade value, financing, etc. When we arrived, truck was clean and ready to test drive and all paper work prepped. Once we test drove & loved the truck all we had to do was sign the documents that were ready. This was the quickest, smoothest vehicle buying we have ever experienced. I would definitely buy here again and recommend CrossRoads Chevrolet.
