I had taken it to two other service centers prior, but the problem persisted. Bought my 2018 Equinox in August 2023. Great professional & friendly customer service provided by Randy and Kevin. But my recent maintainence appointment was so outstanding. Pedro from the Service department was going to have to order my a new tire resulting in a return trip to the dealership. I was kind of dreading that, even though they offer free popcorn, water and coffee. But when I came back to get my car after an oil change, fluids topped off, wheels rotated etc.I was pleasantly surprised, Pedro called around to other Lynch Dealership, found a tire, he drove to the other dealership got the tire! What an outstanding example of customer service and excellent customer experience. Thinking outside of the box and going the extra mile will have me continue to get my car serv iced at this location. I leased a new 2024 Chevy Silverado May of 2024. On November 27th 2024 the transmission went out with only 7100 miles. The service department @ EVS Chevrolet/Cadillac in Saukville, Wi picked up the vehicle and diagnosed the problem and ordered parts from GM. Parts were very difficult to get as they were on backorder. Randy Schuller (service advisor) stayed in touch each week that went by, and I finally got my truck back on February 25th, 2025. Hats off to the entire service team as well as the General manager of the dealership. I highly recommend this dealer and their 5-star service department to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle!!!

They were polite and helpful with no pressure. I didn’t have to have anyone ride with me on a test drive just got to ho check it out on my own. When I came back they gave me a fair offer on my old truck got me financed and out the door quickly. I live a 1 1/2 hours away and would return for my next truck.

We purchased a used car from Robert and he was extremely respectful and went out of his way to be helpful. We needed to get a car trailer to get the car back to Louisville Kentucky.
