After looking for weeks at Toyota RAV4's (used), I thought I found the one I wanted at Covert. Less than a mile into the test drive I knew it was NOT! My sales consultant, Tony Favors, was extremely helpful & showed me another used Toyota. Again, it didn't feel right. Instead of getting frustrated with me, he asked if he could make a suggestion, of which I was grateful. His recomendation led me to "the perfect car" for me...and it is NEW. I went into the Autonation Chevy dealership, looking to upgrade my older Silverado for a newer model. Jonathan and Alfredo from the sales team were excellent all around! They were very helpful and patient as I worked through the financing process and coordinated with my insurance. They gave me a fair deal on my truck towards my trade-in, and I was able to leave with the exact pickup that I wanted. Ian in the finance department was very friendly and knowledgeable as well. He did a great job of explaining all my options for additional coverages and warranties. Great experience all around.

Gabriel Pena was fantastic!! Friendly helpful and patient ! As my husband and I purchased a new truck we made a mistake and needed to return it . Gabriel made the process to smooth and easy we were able to get in the right truck with out any hassles and everyone who needed to stay after hours and help did!
