Treated like family in a very stressful time when making a purchase of a new truck!! So many questions but with out Wayne and Chris, the process would never have come to a completion! We bought the truck. These 2 employees spent a lot of time answering all our questions and trying to get financing into an understandable format for the family! Just picked up my brand new 2019 Traverse and I can’t thank East Hills Chevy enough. Joe (the manager) and Anita in sales are amazing and totally knocked it out of the park. When I picked up the truck, Omar in finances went through all of the financials with me to make sure everything was accurate and that I understood what I was signing. Went in for hard vibration over 55 mph. Ball joints repair. Almost $2000. [88000+ miles]. Only people who ever touched my car. Like the human body...normal old age complications. Customer service explains in details BEFORE starting. I'm satisfied.
