Purchasing process was fast and smooth. Jorge was super friendly, honest and very helpful. I purchase a 2025 silverado and it had everything I was expecting. I was there for about 3 hours and deal closed!! They made me feel welcomed and worked with me to get the truck I wanted.

Did all my negotiations with the Internet Sales Team, of course it's a back and forth, there main concern is to get you into the dealwership. We aggred on an out the door price and met with Sales Associates Justin Smith to appraise the trade in and do the paperwork. It all went pretty smoothly, got there at 10:45Am and was out by 1PM (I did not finance). No hidden surprises, and that's what I greatly appreciate.

From the first phone call to the new car keys being placed in my hand, it was the smoothest buying experience I have ever had. Over the phone Angel offered me the highest trade in offer for my vehicle, 800$ more than the Kelly Blue book offer sight unseen. Higher than the ones claiming to give you the highest cash offer. During the visit, not once did he try to increase the price of the vehicle or lower the offer on my trade in unlike other dealerships I have dealt with in the past. Angel is a true professional and kept his word through the whole process. This is the second vehicle I have purchased from here. They have a customer for life.
