I love the car, however, the maintenance team I had to work on the car was one star. I had my car serviced for an oil change for its 3 months change which was fine, but they wanted to charge $25 for wiper blades. lol I told them I was not going to pay and I had to see the guy who sold me the car and told no wiper blade last longer than 4 months. lol The car sheet said it came with NEW wiper blades. I had to do all the leg work and they didn't talk to the guys that sell the cars or any people on the other side. Why do they even have a "service center?"

Purchased a used 2020 equinox lt sport 2.0 turbo,9 speed transmission,the 2.0 packs a punch,comfortable seats,nice ride,handles well,has all the bells and whistles,full panoramic moonroof,i am 6ft tall have plenty of head room in back seat,leather interior,the auto start stop can be disabled by placing the shifter in L and pressing the + button 9 times.

I recently purchased a 2018 VW Beetle Convertible. I ran a CarFax on the vehicle for my own peace of mind. It was mint condition with very low miles. My salesman was Hugh. He was great. I test drove the car on a Friday, filled everything out on line, was approved for my loan, came back on Monday and purchased the vehicle using the express checkout. I bought my SUV new in 2020. Went on a trip to Nashville. First thing I noticed was the awesome gas mileage!! 31 mpg!! It has 15,800 miles on it. I keep getting calls from Dealerships to trade it in.

My Acadia Denali lease was due to expire and I was seriously considering buying out my lease, knowing what my car was worth, the value of features and current challenged market for getting new cars. Julio Estevez was extremely helpful in clearly laying out the pros to buying out my current lease based on the equity I have in the vehicle and current lack of new lease incentives. Also would not have been able to get the same price I would have buying my truck vs what is a similar vehicle in the used or new car market. Second time dealing with Julio and it has been another great experience. He knows what he is doing, is honest and lays out all your best buying options. I bought mine 2 yrs old with 11,900 miles on it. In the market of that time I got a good deal on it and had to fight to be the first person to look at it before it even made it back to the dealership from trade in. I desperately needed a car that would get me through 2-3 yrs worry free. I got that for sure! This was barely broke in and runs great. I think I'll need new tires but it has almost all of the features that I wanted. Its not my favorite car, I settled for this as the one I wanted you can't find. They go in hours! And there's waiting lists across town for everything! So whatever I bought this. I think for the size of it it's fine but I don't like the bucket seats in front, they're way too small and hurts me I have to adjust them a certain way and probably add pillows to be able to sit comfortably. Im not a big girl by any means just a little "chunky" and I'm used to regular seats from a big SUV. Now I own a tiny petite "grandma's car" as my son puts it lol. Otherwise, its got good features some I turn off, missing the heated steering wheel, small 4 cyl with turbo it works nothing like the 6 I had but its a new car! Can't argue with that.

I can?t tell you how many times I thanked her in my head! This time around, that was my first question- do they still have the extra warranty? The answer was yes!!! Purchased that with no hesitation. Marsha really looks out for the customer?s best interest. Let?s not forget to mention Dirk Miller, service advisor, who will always fit you in and make sure your vehicle is running smoothly. He was instrumental in getting my running boards on so I could pick the car up a day early. On another occasion, he gave me his personal cell phone number to help me with a flat tire situation. Tire was unavailable and he told me to call him if I got stuck and he would send the Calvary. It was such piece of mind but thank goodness the tire lasted for one more day. What employee would do this for a customer? He?s a true gentleman and gracious example of how people should treat others! I?m sooooooo happy with Cury. I always brag about my gem of a dealership!

I have had an excellent experience with Quality Chevrolet. We have always been treated with respect and courtesy. In addition, we had brought our other vehicle to service recently. They did a great job with the 12 point inspection and checking out the car thoroughly. They also put on 4 tires, rotated, balanced and did a wheel alignment. They informed us of what the car will need in the near future, which we had asked them to do as we wanted to ensure the safety of our car for our son, who just started driving. I feel better knowing that our son's car is safe and has been inspected by the best mechanics who I know have serviced our car as if it is for their own loved one. Thank you to all of the hard working mechanics who really do an awesome job. We wouldn't take our car to any other service department other than Quality Chevrolet.
