Used 2021 Chevrolet Equinox 1LT for sale near Lyndhurst, NJ

I have bought many vehicles from Bellavia and the service has always been great. My vehicle was brought in for a recall and the advisor Scott was very helpful. The work was done on my vehicle and there was no issues or problems.

I had a 20/20 Equinox that I was traveling from Illinois to Florida. As I was getting back on 75 South I got rear-ended and throw a hundred feet. The car took the brunt of the hit my cat that was in the cage in the back never got hurt my dog that was tethered in the front seat never got hurt I got a small concussion with a bump on my head but overall I absolutely love the car. When I got reimbursed for my 20/20 I went out and bought another one I was so impressed with the impact it took for that crash.

I have been leasing cars from Bellavia for more than 10 years. It has always been a pleasure to deal with everyone there, they make returning and choosing a new lease an easy and pleasant experience. I have dealt with Mitch Rubin each time my lease was up and it has been an easy and painless transfer. They have wonderful customer service and Mitch always take the time to answer any questions I have. I would definitely recommend Bellavia to my friends and family.

For the most part, we love this car. We do have some small issues. But we will focus first on the positives. The car itself has very comfortable seats, plenty of time inside, lots of safety features, looks really good inside and out and the extra large sunroof that goes almost front to back of the car is incredible. The power lift gate at the back, is a great feature! The backup camera is large and clear! The warnings whole backing up, are fantastic! It drives like a car, not like a tank! Overall, it's a fantastic car! The disadvantages are that there is a shimmy/shake in the car as it is pulling a hill. When you are gaining on the car in front of you a little quicker than the car in front of you is moving, the collision warning lights lighting up and the alarms sounding, is terrifying and not cool. Not being able to turn off some of the warnings that pop up every time you crank the car without hitting the dismiss button are irritating. But for the most part we would buy another one in a heartbeat and love our car!

Another very positive experience at Quality Chevrolet Buick GMC! My Acadia Denali lease was due to expire and I was seriously considering buying out my lease, knowing what my car was worth, the value of features and current challenged market for getting new cars. Julio Estevez was extremely helpful in clearly laying out the pros to buying out my current lease based on the equity I have in the vehicle and current lack of new lease incentives. Also would not have been able to get the same price I would have buying my truck vs what is a similar vehicle in the used or new car market. Second time dealing with Julio and it has been another great experience. He knows what he is doing, is honest and lays out all your best buying options. Khalid Ramadan was also very nice to explain my options for a much needed extended warranty for my vehicle, along with my payment plan. Very comfortable and easy to drive. A lot of safety features and helpful technology built in. Love the style and body shape of this SUV. Plenty of room for passengers and cargo. No mechanical problems at all .Would buy this vehicle again

Overall a great experience. Friendly staff, no pressure and smooth purchase. I had my car transferred from another CarMax dealer with no problem and they actually transferred two that I was interested in. This was great, as I was torn between the two and was able to test drive both and make a decision. Very happy overall!

Had to replace fuel pump shortly after the purchase ... constantly getting stuck at locations because vehicle wouldn't start ... now I'm hearing about recall for tires

I always had a good experience with the service dept but today I was being taken advantage of. My 2018 Jeep Compass has only 30,000 miles and I was told by the advisor that it needs overall service and price would be $800 . I showed him the schedule that I was emailed and it was like $250 so I told him to just give me my free maintenance service that I usually get. I even showed him the pdf email. Also I brought my car in at 7:30 am on the line and he said that it should be ready by 9:30 and will call me. He never called so I just called service at 1 and it is ready. Next time I come for service and an advisor takes advantage I will ask for the Manager. I have friends that are retired from sales and service dept and I asked them and they said the advisor definitely was taking advantage of me; that there is no way 30,000 miles needs all that.

Karen Rose in Financing was just as through, accommodating and patient with my questions and her pup, Mia, was a joy to meet. Raul, not my salesperson, made for very pleasant conversation during my wait. While I just purchased my car, I've no barometer to guage long-term support/customer care, but I've no worries that East Hills will be just as accommodating (and if not, I'll update this review). When it's time for my new truck, I'll surely return.
