I am now leasing a 2024 Chevy Equinox from Sapaugh Motors and I am deeply and madly in love with it! It is comfortable, convenient and safe. After the terrible ice/snow storm on 2/16 I feel confident driving it because it did not even slip a tire traveling up my steep driveway. I could not be happier!!

I have a 2024 Equinox RS model and it’s very comfortable and on the 2024 model it has all the latest safety features which I like. The RS model has a great red accented interior and also has a Bose 7 speaker system that sounds great, the new Lakeside Blue metallic color for 2024 is super nice.

I was traveling across country from the East Coast to the West. I had severe brake issues on my 2016 Expedition. With all my gear, my son and my service dog I approached the service manager with my problem. He was extremely professional and offered to take a look, but could not promise work, as they were already booked for the day. After taking a look, they found the issue was a recall concern and covered all the repair on their dime. Best of all, they did the work that day and had me back on my way in 5 hours, thus saving me hotel bills and added stress. Throughout the repair, I was informed of progress and treated like a VIP. In addition, their spaces were organized and extremely clean of debris and clutter. I have never had such service in any dealership in all the 45 years I’ve been driving. My wife and I were ?window shopping? for a vehicle. We went to other dealerships that didn?t have what we were looking for and they seemed un-interested. So, we just went driving through Ganley Chevrolet and we found a used car in the lot that we liked, so my wife went to go check it out. That?s when William appeared and started helping us and provided details of the vehicle we were looking at. By this time, I arrived and met William and told him what we were looking for (vehicles) and my price points. William took it from there and found several options of vehicles at the right price, mileage and condition meeting our interests. Not only did William bring knowledge and expertise, he also brought caring, compassion and showed passion in helping us find what we were looking for. We bought a vehicle that day, and William stayed 2+ hours with us after the dealership closed. I wasn?t expecting the awesome treatment. I had a great experience, saw the truck on Saturday night, drove from PA to Ohio on Monday to get it. Steve (Coach) already had the tank filled and cleaned before I arrived. I looked at the Same truck in PA, they couldn’t come close to the price Medina had!! I would definitely go back to Medina for another vehicle.
