Really nice car I love the interior and how it drives it drives really smooth like if your gliding runs great doesn’t waste that much gas the back is really spacious one thing I really like about it engine is great and quiet sometimes doesn’t even seem like its on

This is a great car but after 3 years I started having problems with the stability track, I would standing still at a light or making a turn and it would stall and even loose power, this is very frightening, I took it to the dealer who charged with $2000 to fix it and less that one year it is doing it again

Very friendly and understanding staff. We brought in a car smoking on its last life, and they worked with us and made sure we found a car that checked all the right boxes! We left with a car (our second from this location!) The staff from owner to mechanic are very helpful, honest and determined to leave the guest happy. Highly recommend to anyone needing a car, in a jam, or with poor credit, they do it all!

This has honestly been a reliable car and im not one to leave reviews. Bought this car for $1000 at 208k miles. Yes, the mileage scared me as well. It currently just hit 230k Miles and Still runs like a dream. I had to replace my Rack & pinion eventually which is a known issue on these vehicles, other then that just regular maintenance scheduled oil changes, new tires alignments i really haven’t dumped a ton of money into this car like i have past vehicles and i expect it to reach 250k-300k the way this is driving. Impressed is an understatement.

I've been in the market to buy a new car for a few weeks. Visited a few dealerships and it was such a pain either getting the car I requested ahead for a drive test or pricing gimmicks I really didn't appreciate. I hated car buying process, until last night! We drove past Castle, on a whim. We were coming back from another dealer, who ended up just luring us in even though he didn't have the car I set me eyes on (which I was told an hour earlier they had on their lot and reserved for me to check out). I was DONE! But somehow ended up talking to Ozzy. Such a NICE guy. He didn't push us, didn't overpromise, but definitely overdelivered! I was skeptical on him meeting my budget, but he didn't wink and got me approved and out the door in less than 2 hours!!! Solid negotiator and not a pushy salesman. Go see Ozzy & team everyone!

Mine is a 2014 LT with the 2.5L 4Cyl. At approx 50,000 miles I had a small water pump leak that was fixed under warranty. AT approx 95,000 miles the A/C compressor locked up with the temps in the 95 - 100 degree range. I had the dealer fix this at a cost of over $1,400 to me. Overall though, it has been a very good car. Highway trips (at the speed limit) return 34 MPG which I feel is fine for this size of car and beats the EPA guestimate of 31 MPG highway. Always had the dealer maintain this car except for tires and a battery I had to replace. Hated it when Chevy announced they would no longer make it. At it's current 102,500 miles, it still runs fine. I'm retired now and I'm ready to trade it in on a new (2023) Traverse which will give me more room to haul some of my grandkids around and maybe even pull a small boat with. Inventory at this writing is pretty poor though. 8/7/2022

The passenger side seat sensor comes on and active the airbag light saying there is some one in the passenger seat is setting there when no one is goes of and on all the time

The car meet all my needs always wanted a car with a sunroof and leather seats so it meets all my desires. I enjoyed the test drive and the ride home was really comfortable, nice traction on road nice sounds very enjoyable ride.

First time i actually had a good experience at a dealership. I bought our last cars at two different kia dealers before and about blew my top and probably should have walked out. We got my wife a new elantra at Darcy and we got a reasonable trade in offer and the new car at a reasonable price and got a good loan. Jimmy was cool kept things relaxed. If i replace my car at some point I’ll probably come here. Only complaint was the detail the must have used a dirty or rough cloth hood may need a little buff.

Great car, everything you need in a large sedan. Just finished trip from Maryland to North Carolina (500) miles. Amazing 30.4 MPG (Actual) at road speeds of 65/75 mph. My Impala has the v/6 305 horsepower engine. This is my 2nd Impala since 2015, sorry that GM dropped the Impala model, BIG MISTAKE on their part.

Came in for my 20,000 mile oil change and tire rotation...Everything was completed in a reasonable time frame....very professional and the customer lounge is very comfortable with great coffee and bottled water

Go see Joe, he is the best salesman!! cares about his customers he is kind and knows his stuff. If I ever bought a car again I would go back to see Joe. They gave me an IOU for things that needed to be fixed two little things and when I went in Joe was right there ready to help

My previous car was a 2005 Sebring that was nothing but problems. After the head gasket finally went in 2016, the dealer on the lot talked us onto buying this. Was hesitant, as it was more than we wanted to pay. But ended up being an absolutely awesome car. Barely had to take it in to be serviced for anything. Unfortunately, ended up crashing it on an icy road. Wanted to buy another one, but we are needing an SUV. I hope Chevy will start making these again someday. If I had to complain about anything, the angled headrest hurt my neck and I had to tilt the seat back a bit to be more comfortable. Also hated how the middle headrest on back seat blocked my rear view.

This car is very comfortable with great leg room front & back. The trunk is enormous as well, which I find awesome when traveling with my family & friends. Also, it’s great on gas and the speed is easy you don’t even realize your doing 80 mph because it glides and handle curves so easy!
