The best car ever built. It can go 149 MPR all day long. I don't go over 80 though. 80 is the real speed limit on South Carolina highways.

We bought a new 2018 Impala over the Cadillac Test drove both. Impala had more interior leg and head room. My opinion their was not much of a difference in the ride or handling between them to have us spend 50K on Cadillac. Overall the Impala is a great ride plenty of power with the V6. MPG average around 27 to 33 I Highly recommend this car

It took me a while to get all of title documents together but they were really patient with me. After we had made the arrangements and confirm the paperwork, I got this awesome classic car!!!

This car is very comfortable with great leg room front & back. The trunk is enormous as well, which I find awesome when traveling with my family & friends. Also, it’s great on gas and the speed is easy you don’t even realize your doing 80 mph because it glides and handle curves so easy!

Great car, everything you need in a large sedan. Just finished trip from Maryland to North Carolina (500) miles. Amazing 30.4 MPG (Actual) at road speeds of 65/75 mph. My Impala has the v/6 305 horsepower engine. This is my 2nd Impala since 2015, sorry that GM dropped the Impala model, BIG MISTAKE on their part.

My wife have a 2020 and it drives like a dream, I would love to close a deal on this vehicle my only downside is front wheel drive, other than that I would love to have this one

I just want to say to everyone I dealt with at Advantage Acura Naperville, Leroy my salesman Ragad internet sales, Jordan whom did the phone contacting thank you for excellent service. I live about 1 1/2 hours away from Advantage Acura Naperville. The day I was headed there to test drive the car I was looking at Jordan contacted me to let me know the weather was not safe to travel into Naperville. I insisted in coming anyway! Then Jordan’s manager called shortly after explaining how horrible the roads were and due to safety for all he was closing to get his people home safely. They insisted I wait until the next day for no other reason than my safety. We rescheduled my appointment the next day. Jordan reached out the next morning to confirm my appointment and say safe travels. When I finally arrived at Advantage Acura Naperville I was greeted by my Salesman Leroy who was AMAZING! He didn’t push me at any point for anything. I explained to him what I needed and where I needed to be as far as my trade and numbers to having my own financing. Leroy was cool with all of that he let me do what I needed to do to make my purchase of the car I bought extremely effortless. Not one time did anyone whom I dealt with attempt to pressure me into anything. They addressed any concern or questions I had about the vehicle I purchased right away. They took the car in the shop took a look at it made sure everything was tip top changed my plates from my old car to my new one, all in extremely cold weather. Leroy even double checked everything to make sure everything was as it should be! Mine is a 2014 LT with the 2.5L 4Cyl. At approx 50,000 miles I had a small water pump leak that was fixed under warranty. AT approx 95,000 miles the A/C compressor locked up with the temps in the 95 - 100 degree range. I had the dealer fix this at a cost of over $1,400 to me. Overall though, it has been a very good car. Highway trips (at the speed limit) return 34 MPG which I feel is fine for this size of car and beats the EPA guestimate of 31 MPG highway. Always had the dealer maintain this car except for tires and a battery I had to replace. Hated it when Chevy announced they would no longer make it. At it's current 102,500 miles, it still runs fine. I'm retired now and I'm ready to trade it in on a new (2023) Traverse which will give me more room to haul some of my grandkids around and maybe even pull a small boat with. Inventory at this writing is pretty poor though. 8/7/2022

This car @ West Herr i personally owned. Just turned 36,000 miles, I purchased it from an 89 year old that no longer drove from Southern Pa. This car just had brand new tires installed and rustproof oil treatment done. Had NO INTENTION OF SELLING. When stopping by the dealership I found the Corvette of my dreams. I bought it. So to pull the mobey together i traded the 2012 Impala in. My last one had 134,000 no major issues, these cars are so reliable and get fantastic gas mileage. Our Impala has a knocking behind the dash. It even happens with the car off and the keys out. It is quite loud! Don't know what to do!

Great car to drive looked really great it is sad they no longer manufacture this car. I think they made a big mistake when they decided to drop this model.

The passenger side seat sensor comes on and active the airbag light saying there is some one in the passenger seat is setting there when no one is goes of and on all the time

It's always a pleasant environment. Everyone is very nice and friendly. They treat you like a valued customer even if you didn't purchase your vehicle from them . They are kid friendly. Everywhere there is very clean. They have several waiting areas. I travel 50 mins to get to them I pass at least 5 Chevy dealerships to get to them.
