Originally went in to look at a used car that was available the evening before because I was messaging about it. When I got there was told it was sold. Wasn't happy about that. So went with Mafi to look at what else was available. Had a good experiance with him. Picked out a Rav4 that I liked. He was good to work with and got me a new rig at a price that worked for me. I was able to drive away in BMW M 550i, clean, great price. All other cars I looked at we're very nice too, all of them were maintained well. This place had a great selection all around.

Salesperson was reliable and returned calls. He helped with setup. The buying process and meeting with the closer took a few hours. She pulled out all the stops to get me to buy the extended warranty and paint protection. I declined, then suddently everything was half price, then I declined again and got a bit deeper discount. This is frustrating and I'd prefer to be quoted a fari price with 20% markup rather than offered something for 300% cost theny get it for a decent price only because I bargained and would not get ripped off.
Service department folks were nice. The waiting area is no frills, very different from the BMW dealership, but that's ok.
Bought a new 2018 Toyota. Had for week they called said they needed more paperwork ASAP. I just have to say don’t let customers leave with the car until all the proper paperwork is in. I will not buy another car or recommend anybody to go there.
Easy to work with. Their staff was friendly, professional and well versed; unfortunately we didn't buy a vehicle. Ultimately they were geographically too far away. We did come away from this experience wishing we could have bought from them
The employees are awesome! They worked out a price for me in the car I REALLY REALLY wanted, and that alone made me feel a lot more comfortable. I was actually praying that they were not going to tell me, "Sorry, we can't give you a better price but, we can put you in a different car." No one wants to hear that, especially if you have your heart and mind made up on specific one. The sales professional that helped me went out of his way to get me the car and knew a lot about the car I was buying. Thanks for making it fun and easy to buy a car.
