We went to this dealership last weekend. Me and my wife visited here to check out the mini cooper s before and mike assisted us. He offered us good price at the front. We ended up buying pre-owned mini at the different dealership and it was a mistake. Their customer service was incredibly bad... If you want to buy yourself a mini and would like to have a good customer service, go to this dealership.

great car, unfortunately terrible smell from the air filter. dealer changed the filter etc etc 4 times. still stinks. Mini refuses to take responsibility of the fact. they are aware but, is your problem now.after driving BMW for years , first time that I have to say, this mini STINK.
The representative was really nick and affable. When I have questions, I asked then they would respond me quickly. Even though I was not sure about any things such as this was my first time to buy a car.

I chose this dealer after a negative experience with the dealer closest to my home. I had shopped for a convertible for a year and had narrowed my choices to a Mini, a Fiat, and Buick. I test drove multiple times (except not the Buick) and then did online research on pricing. NW Mini was exactly as it represented itself to be. I ordered the exact Mini I wanted, at good price, no fuss no muss and I am excited to be receiving it in January or so. So, although I haven't actually technically purchased it as it hasn't arrived, I am 100% happy with the experience. The only drawback is that it is about 40 minutes down the road. However, I did not have to go in to the dealer to make my order. All was done electronically via email.
Northwest Mini's staff were wonderful to purchase a car from!! Brandon answered every question I had before and after I bought the car. He is very knowledgeable and helped me make the perfect choice and I couldn't be happier. I would highly recommend visiting Northwest Mini to everyone!

My Mini Cooper is the first car I’ve purchased entirely on my own and it is worth every penny. Not only is it a beautiful car on the inside and out, it handles the road like no other. These cars may seem small on the outside, but they are very spacious on the inside. I have had multiple people tell me how comfortable it is! I purchased the 4 door hardtop which has plenty of room in the front and back, along with a nice sized trunk. I test drove many other makes of cars because I wanted to make the right decision, and I am so happy with my choice. I do not think I’ll ever buy another car that is not made by Mini. If you are on the market for a new car, stop by Mini of Dutchess County, you won’t regret it!!!!
From test drive, to purchase, to service, Northwest Mini is fantastic (and worth the drive from Bellevue to go to Fife rather than the OTHER local Mini dealership). Everyone is friendly and technically knowledgeable about the cars, and genuinely excited about the product they sell.

I have never had a vehicle so well styled with excellent performance and responsiveness. A complete joy to drive. And it is deceptively bigger inside than you would think. Suits all my needs.
Rocky was absolutely the BEST car salesman one could ever deal with. We went to NW Mini to just walk the lot and get information. Rocky's NO PRESSURE mannerism paired with his infinite knowledge about MINI and the company put my husband and me both at ease. He listened to my preferences and found several cars that would match. We didn't buy but walked out with NO pressure to return, and a sincere thank you for coming in. We ended up returning the next day and bought the greatest 2 door hardtop Mini Cooper. I LOVE the size, zippy steering, and 38 mpg! Thank you Rocky and Northwest Mini for a great car buying experience.

The car is fun standing still, and even more so on twisty roads. I have the convertible S and it is a blast. We have taken 2 adults to the shore and other road trips and there is plenty of room for fun loving 5'11 people. No, it is not roomy and sprawling like the boring Camrys of the world. If you want to lounge in this, you don't buy a car called Mini. If you want just enough room to justify buying this as your practical, family car, this will do it. I do not want a mindless, large, heavy, tank of a vehicle. I want a TARDIS.
I came to Mercedes-Benz of Tacoma in the beginning of October and I was greeted by Augustus in the sales department. He took the time to listen to what I was looking for and took me around to show me different cars that might work for me when I am ready. With every other car buying experience I’ve had, if I would have told the salesman that I was not ready to buy they would not have given me the time of day or would have been so pushy. But this time was so refreshing. Will definitely go through Augustus and Mercedes of Tacoma when I am ready!

This car buying experience was one I've never had the pleasure of experiencing. I have been working with Brandon. We looked at numerous mini's on the lot and just couldn't find the "one" I was looking for. Brandon suggested that I order one with everyone I want. I was a bit skeptical at first but he made is easy and fun! We sat down and went through every option etc. Brandon placed the order the same day. He would text me about every two weeks to let me know how my mini was coming along. When I ordered it he told me it would take six to eight weeks. It took seven! When I went to pick it up he had it under a car cover in the showroom! It was and is absolutely everything I imagined! It was worth the short wait to order the car with the options that I wanted and not settle for one on the lot that wasn't quite right. Brandon really emphasized that I should get what I want and that it's the right fit for me. I've had it for almost two months and Brandon still checks in with me to make sure the car is working well and to see if I have any questions or concerns. It really has been a pleasure working with Brandon and the rest of the team at NW Mini and I will certainly do business with Brandon again!

I got my Mini Countryman new in 2015 and I just loved it and I still do, fast forward to now 2018 I have a 1yr old baby and every time I get him out of the car seat he is drench in sweat even though I am freezing with a full AC blowing, I always wonder why is he sweating when I am freezing... Well, the reason why is because there are no vents in the back seat of the countryman and air can't get to him, and I just thought he was a hot sweaty baby. No wonder he hates it when I try to but him on the car seat, he also hates it when the windows are down just a little while driving. Since discovering this BAD engineering in the countryman I have place a fan so, my baby is always comfortable and I am currently looking into trading it in my country man for a car that has vents in the back seats . :-(
We have had a great experience so far with our 4 door Mini Cooper. The buying process was easy. We felt no pressure just helpful positive people ready to help us and answer our questions. Brandon was so helpful and has been great at continuing to communicate with us. We had a great "second date" with Joe and learned so much. He was enthusiastic and so knowledgable. He really knows his stuff and said we could meet again for a "third date" to learn more about the many things that our Mini can do. We are averaging 39.9 MPG in green mode so our Mini is proving to be a truly fun and efficient ride. Thankfully, we have not required any repairs but I would anticipate that the repair crew is as enthusiastic about the product and as devoted as the rest of the staff to providing great customer service.

I love my car. It is very very good on gas. I love that it moves quickly when necessary. My car is very comfortable and a great car for travel.
It was the most exciting car buying experience of my life. From the immediate focused attention of the sales team to the thrill of test driving the zippy mini-s, I was in 7th Heaven. I know I am good hands with Northwest MINI and I know I am part of a new family.

I am looking to replace a BMW X3 with manual transmission. Not many cars fit the small SUV niche with manual transmission. But the Countryman S does! Though, I think I'll buy the 2017 rather than the 2016, just to get a wee bit more space.

Wonderfully comfortable car with all the modern technology. But it is under-powered. It has the same engine as C300, but heavier car. If you just want luxury but don't care about performance, this is the car for you.

Totally surprised with our Countryman S All4. Refined and roomy but still plays like a MINI. We drove both the MINI and the BMW X1 (same chassis). Both were very nice but MINI handles more like a sports car. Butter smooth engine (same basic engine as in BMW 3 Series) and responsive 8-speed automatic transmission (also used in Lexus RX350) work well together. Beautiful interior. We ordered ours loaded and don't regret all the goodies. The larger engine in the S is powerful. The All4 all wheel drive system works seamlessly - but accelerate on wet pavement and traction is excellent. Car has been flawless.
Everything was excellent, we walked around the lot looking at the different models & when we started to the show room, Jarad immediately came out and answered our questions.
the remote starter doesn't work

Beautiful, comfortable, navigation is a trip, needing winter tires when living in cold states there is a heavy noise in the rear when first taking off and turning, and living in New England the remote started stinks
Chris Lee and finance team were fantastic to get me in the car I loved. Excellent communication and stress free.
Should have returned it within the week!

From the time I purchased the car the brakes have squealed like a pig being tortured when they are cold. Brought it back and was told that they were aware of the situation and were waiting on a recall or fix. Okay, I can be patient. Several months later, nothing resolved. Talk to a different mechanic and he directs me to a fix that Mercedes is aware of! Take the vehicle back to Mercedes only to be told that since it's a wear item they don't cover it. Had I been told up front that they were not going to correct their problem I would not have kept the car. Oh well, lesson learned...back to Lexus!
