I would buy one and did in 2017 and it's been one of the best vehicles I have owned. I still get a lot of compliments on how nice it looks. It's pearl white with 20-inch wheels and they set it off. Sadly, they quit making it as they just got it perfect and then stopped. My buddy is still kicking himself for not buying the last model year they were built. I still have people wanting to buy it off me.

Bought car 2013 chevy impal Ltz 30,000 miles , after 218,000 miles change transmission but now motor still same at 281,000 miles this car it bullet proof really good on snow with good tires and good on gas

Keeping this short and sweet. I call Adam Auto to On Saturday 11/11/2023 I called Adam Auto Group of Crestwood, Il to inquire about a vehicle. The salesman James answered all of my questions. It's hard to get a salesman to answer questions over the phone they all usually want you to come in right away. He did not pressure me in any way to come in. After a few minutes he called me back and gave me more details about the car, it was close to closing but he convinced me to come in to see the vehicle for myself. When I arrived he took me out to see the car and it was everything he said it was and had every amenity I was looking for my new car to have. He was very polite, professional and knowledgeable about the vehicle. His professionalism and patience with me was what I enjoyed most. Before I left I put down a deposit to hold the vehicle. I was 10 years old and always wanted a Chevy Impala. I had a 2003 model prior to this one. I bought this 2012 Chevy Impala LT from CarMax. I love the power it has. It's fast!!! The fuel economy is OK I guess. I love the automatic start feature. Before I leave for work I hit the LOCK button twice then hold the circle button on the key fob and it starts right up. It doesn't take long to warm up so all I have to do is turn the key and go. The car shifts like a dream, it shifts like a 6 speed manual but it's an automatic. The interior space it OK not crazy about it but the trunk is big. Mine also has Bluetooth connectivity I hooked my phone up to it so now I get hands free calling. If I have my phone with me and the Bluetooth is on it automatically connects for me. I hit it button on the steering wheel and say a phone number it dials the number I say. It has cruise control. Overall a smooth quiet ride and very reliable. I just love this car. The only problem it gave me so far was the tapping noise from the dash which turned out to be the HVAC door blend actuator which I fixed myself. Thanks Chevrolet for this great product. Hopefully you bring the Impala back.

When I walked in to Dominic dancing to Shoop (Salt-N-Pepa In case you want a sample) I knew this was the dealership for me. He was fabulous and had a great inventory.

I first purchased my 2010 Impala back in 2011. One of my most reliable comfortable vehicles. Unfortunately towards the time of me owning the vehicle it keeped overheating etc. Had to replace the Water Pump the normal wear and tear over the years. But many Chevy Dealerships couldn't figure out the problem. Until like many GM products, it was a Headgasket issue. And my Transmission was starting to slip. I had close to 200,000 miles on it. Also the Actuators were going bad as well. That "Clicking" every time you got in the vehicle drove me crazy. I got rid of my Impala back in 2018 due to me moving to another State and I had just purchased another New Vehicle. But this is a Comfortable Highway Cruiser. Very roomy, would buy again as a second Vehicle

This car is very comfortable with great leg room front & back. The trunk is enormous as well, which I find awesome when traveling with my family & friends. Also, it’s great on gas and the speed is easy you don’t even realize your doing 80 mph because it glides and handle curves so easy!

Somehow the rear window wiper blade cover on my 2019 Buick Encore went missing.... Being a long-time friend and customer of Mike's, I went to his GMC service center for replacement, and was grateful that Bill Haggerty replaced the missing cover without charge! The car meet all my needs always wanted a car with a sunroof and leather seats so it meets all my desires. I enjoyed the test drive and the ride home was really comfortable, nice traction on road nice sounds very enjoyable ride.

This is a great car but after 3 years I started having problems with the stability track, I would standing still at a light or making a turn and it would stall and even loose power, this is very frightening, I took it to the dealer who charged with $2000 to fix it and less that one year it is doing it again

This vehicle 4.1 engine is still going strong with over 390 thousand miles on it. I do change the oil when it is time on it. And replace parts when issues arise. But even with 390 some thousand miles on it would be comfortable driving it across the united states right now. So you decide, is it worth it?

Cannot express in words how much support, open, totally transparent support I received from sales agent, Primo, with West Chicago Auto Mall. A bit of backgrounds...I was photographing a story for a well known yellow boarded magazine in Iowa, about 3.5 hours away from Chicago, renting a Mercedes Sprinter conversion van for this story to be close to farmers in rural areas. Immediately fell in adoration for Sprinters and wanted to do what I had been considering to do for a long time...buy a Sprinter, converting into a mobile photo workshop van and living space during workshops. Looking on Cars.com across the country for just the right Sprinter, I couldn't believe it...there was a 2021 Sprinter 2500 Extended available, in white (the color I prefer) and the amazingness was, it was a 4x4, and it was nearby in Chicago! Message on Cars.com, within a few minutes Martin, the specialist with Sprinters at West Chicago Auto Mall wrote saying it was still available. Martin answered my questions through SMS and the next day I drove for 3.5 from central east Iowa to the dealership. Meeting Martin, I took the Sprinter for a test drive...amazing vehicle and exactly how it was described in the Cars.com listing. Martin, who was very kind, very spiritual person, told me to do to the main dealership to meet sales agent, Primo, to sort purchase. As mentioned, Primo was excellent. Equally kind, super honest, sorting the deal within minutes. Not only was the purchase simple, the complicated method of purchasing an out of state car (I live in Massachusetts) was made super efficient with Primo's help and guidance. Two days later, I drove back to the dealership, the Sprinter was all washed up one more time, Martin including some sweet gifts like an emergency light and medical kit. Primo once again was efficient, courteous and amazing. While I understand some reviews here about West Chicago Auto Mall are negative, I question whether those reviews are from those who carry negative energy or prefer to find problems that do not exists. I cannot say enough good things about Primo, also Martin, today writing this review back at my home in western Massachusetts after a beautiful smooth drive in this incredible Sprinter I purchased. So so pleased.

I bought this car new in 2007. After a test drive it was obvious an outstanding vehicle. I’ve never in 14 years had any issues that required a mechanic. Oil changes, batteries, and tires have been my only expenses I’ve luckily had. Still runs and drives like new.

I've had my 2008 Impala for 8 years. This is THE most reliable car I have ever owned. It has never put me down and at 16 years old I still have been out of state in it twice this year. Pulls great in the snow and 26 mpg freeway Now also Cold air!

Had for seven years very reliable, The only thing I need to recall the agitators cause I cannot afford to get them fixed. They’re causing massive problems problems in my every day living.

This Impala has been well maintained over the years and has lots of life left in it! Plenty of interior room too. The body is not perfect, by the interior is clean!

We purchased this as a CPO in 2012 with 16k miles. I have been very good about fluids maintenance, regular oil changes, transmission fluid exchange service, power steering, coolant, etc. In return the car now has 214,000 miles without one single mechanical repair. Sure it has needed tires and brakes and some minor electrical replacements (gas pedal, turn signal stalk and the servos that control heat/cool) but all in those "repairs" have added up to about $500 in almost 200k miles of driving. I have never met anyone who has had better service out of any car of any brand than we have out of this one! Sure wish they still made them like this.
