Phillips Chevrolet was EXCELLENT. My amazing team consisted of: Jordan my salesman that closed the deal, Anthony the manager, and Rami the first salesman I spoke to. I was on a mission. I began an aggressive search for a car for my daughters 21st bday. I needed her in a safe used car, with low miles. I picked Phillips Chevrolet by accident, after I had a horrific experience with another dealership. The night before I paid the other dealership 18,800 cash for a 2024 Altima, but canceled the wire after they argued with me- and refused- to make me a 2nd key. Phillips didn't argue about ANYTHING. They showed me a fabulous car- a 2022 Corolla with low miles. It was a $400 difference, and the BEST $400 I have spent. I left the dealership laughing with the manager, hugging the salesman, and promising to buy all my future cars from them. They did not haggle with me, and I respected their position on the pricing. They went down a few hundred, but couldn't any further--- it was already below market value. My husband checked and said it was way under priced. My brother who is a large man- gave it a xxxx of a test drive- through the back woods, fast turns, up hills, etc. I fussed at him for shaking up the car. He said it was a strong car, that rode smoothly. I felt good that they weren't selling me a lemon. To guarantee they weren't - we negotiated to include the extended bumper to bumper warranty. I went back the next day to pick up a clean, freshly washed car. At the other dealership I was nervous when I signed, and second guessed myself all throughout the deal. Whereas, I was thrilled and excited about the car from Phillips Chevrolet. I gladly wired them the $19,000 + and took photos of my car. After taking photos with everyone, and my brother getting his $100 referral (which he didn't share with me :(.. LOL. My husband came to thank them for not causing me to "snap off" like the other dealership. He said - now he can have Peace in the House. After the hugs, photos, and jokes they gifted me with sweatshirts, hats, and bags. Now I can buy a big red bow, and give it to my daughter. I'm making her wear the sweatshirt and hat for the photos. I've owned Chevy Impala's for many years. Had one with a 3.9 motor that was running like new with 179,000 miles on it,till someone hit. Next one had a 3.5 motor and it ran amazing. But I been looking for a very very long time for this Impala and found one,so I grabbed it. The 3.5 I had before this one had 150,000 miles ran perfect. The one has the 3.6 motor. Hope it works out the same. Love it

I would buy one and did in 2017 and it's been one of the best vehicles I have owned. I still get a lot of compliments on how nice it looks. It's pearl white with 20-inch wheels and they set it off. Sadly, they quit making it as they just got it perfect and then stopped. My buddy is still kicking himself for not buying the last model year they were built. I still have people wanting to buy it off me.

Bought this car used just over one year ago. I've put brakes all around, and a few oil changes. Car needs virtually no maintenance, even at 255,000 miles and going. Great value for me. Mpg, interior, and handling are nothing to write home about, but everything on the car works as it should. Highly recommend for a functional, reliable car. Maintenance is everything

I just bought this car 2 weeks ago with 125,000 miles for 4,500 hundred dollars. After a week it didn't start. So I took off the negative battery waited for 30 minutes and it started right up. I guess the computer needed restarted. It's been a week now and it has started every time.

Bought new in January 2014. So far it's been a reliable car. It's been back to the shop twice in almost 11 years for a leaking transmission line & a emission issue. Other than two recalls it's been good. Of course, I'm only at 67,676 miles. Oh, I forgot I had to replace the front two struts. When it was wet outside while turning I would get some vibration. Dealer had a TSB on it, the cost was 1,500 dollars. But overall the car has been fairly reliable. It's been quiet, roomy, comfortable and has decent power.

Price was reasonable for the vehicle and its condition. Mike was pleasant and easy to talk to. Nice guy. See Mike for pleasant experience at bose. Detail staff did a great job, nice and shinny! No bogus fees other than small doc fee which is reasonable. 3rd purchase from Illinois in 2 years, by far the best place to buy so far.

I need to find out if crankshaft censor has been recalled because mine has stopped working and all I get is crank no fire . Everything stopped going down the road as I was driving it. Shut everything off no breaks or anything.

This vehicle 4.1 engine is still going strong with over 390 thousand miles on it. I do change the oil when it is time on it. And replace parts when issues arise. But even with 390 some thousand miles on it would be comfortable driving it across the united states right now. So you decide, is it worth it?

This car is very comfortable with great leg room front & back. The trunk is enormous as well, which I find awesome when traveling with my family & friends. Also, it’s great on gas and the speed is easy you don’t even realize your doing 80 mph because it glides and handle curves so easy!

This is a great car but after 3 years I started having problems with the stability track, I would standing still at a light or making a turn and it would stall and even loose power, this is very frightening, I took it to the dealer who charged with $2000 to fix it and less that one year it is doing it again
