I first purchased my 2010 Impala back in 2011. One of my most reliable comfortable vehicles. Unfortunately towards the time of me owning the vehicle it keeped overheating etc. Had to replace the Water Pump the normal wear and tear over the years. But many Chevy Dealerships couldn't figure out the problem. Until like many GM products, it was a Headgasket issue. And my Transmission was starting to slip. I had close to 200,000 miles on it. Also the Actuators were going bad as well. That "Clicking" every time you got in the vehicle drove me crazy. I got rid of my Impala back in 2018 due to me moving to another State and I had just purchased another New Vehicle. But this is a Comfortable Highway Cruiser. Very roomy, would buy again as a second Vehicle

I would buy one and did in 2017 and it's been one of the best vehicles I have owned. I still get a lot of compliments on how nice it looks. It's pearl white with 20-inch wheels and they set it off. Sadly, they quit making it as they just got it perfect and then stopped. My buddy is still kicking himself for not buying the last model year they were built. I still have people wanting to buy it off me.

No bogus fees other than small doc fee which is reasonable. 3rd purchase from Illinois in 2 years, by far the best place to buy so far.

This car is very comfortable with great leg room front & back. The trunk is enormous as well, which I find awesome when traveling with my family & friends. Also, it’s great on gas and the speed is easy you don’t even realize your doing 80 mph because it glides and handle curves so easy!

After going to several other dealers, decided to give CarMax a try, credit has some dings, just like lots of folks these days, but they found me some financing quickly with no endless run around like other dealers. Had a serious transmission problem less than a year after purchase but the MaxCare warranty took care of it, plus provided a rental for the week they had my car, no questions or problems, only had to pay deductible of 100 on a 2200 repair. Excellent experience all the way around, I've recommended several people to them. Will definitely go back when I'm ready for my Camaro!! :-)

The car meet all my needs always wanted a car with a sunroof and leather seats so it meets all my desires. I enjoyed the test drive and the ride home was really comfortable, nice traction on road nice sounds very enjoyable ride.

Keeping this short and sweet. I call Adam Auto to On Saturday 11/11/2023 I called Adam Auto Group of Crestwood, Il to inquire about a vehicle. The salesman James answered all of my questions. It's hard to get a salesman to answer questions over the phone they all usually want you to come in right away. He did not pressure me in any way to come in. After a few minutes he called me back and gave me more details about the car, it was close to closing but he convinced me to come in to see the vehicle for myself. When I arrived he took me out to see the car and it was everything he said it was and had every amenity I was looking for my new car to have. He was very polite, professional and knowledgeable about the vehicle. His professionalism and patience with me was what I enjoyed most. Before I left I put down a deposit to hold the vehicle. Today 11/13/2023 I went back and got my car! Please ask for James if you decide to visit Adam Auto Group he will not disappoint!

I was 10 years old and always wanted a Chevy Impala. I had a 2003 model prior to this one. I bought this 2012 Chevy Impala LT from CarMax. I love the power it has. It's fast!!! The fuel economy is OK I guess. I love the automatic start feature. Before I leave for work I hit the LOCK button twice then hold the circle button on the key fob and it starts right up. It doesn't take long to warm up so all I have to do is turn the key and go. The car shifts like a dream, it shifts like a 6 speed manual but it's an automatic. The interior space it OK not crazy about it but the trunk is big. Mine also has Bluetooth connectivity I hooked my phone up to it so now I get hands free calling. If I have my phone with me and the Bluetooth is on it automatically connects for me. I hit it button on the steering wheel and say a phone number it dials the number I say. It has cruise control. Overall a smooth quiet ride and very reliable. I just love this car. The only problem it gave me so far was the tapping noise from the dash which turned out to be the HVAC door blend actuator which I fixed myself. Thanks Chevrolet for this great product. Hopefully you bring the Impala back.

I initially checked to see if the SUV I found on cars.com was still available to look at. After sending the email, via cars.com, I got a text back within a few minutes saying the SUV was available and a salesperson would check with me to set up an appointment. I spoke with Jamie shortly thereafter and met with her at the dealership. The SUV was washed and ready for me to see and test drive. The rest of the purchase experience was fantastic!! For me, number one of the top three car buying experiences ever. I’m now retired and have bought a lot of cars. No high pressure, just great customer service. Cannot express in words how much support, open, totally transparent support I received from sales agent, Primo, with West Chicago Auto Mall. A bit of backgrounds...I was photographing a story for a well known yellow boarded magazine in Iowa, about 3.5 hours away from Chicago, renting a Mercedes Sprinter conversion van for this story to be close to farmers in rural areas. Immediately fell in adoration for Sprinters and wanted to do what I had been considering to do for a long time...buy a Sprinter, converting into a mobile photo workshop van and living space during workshops. Looking on Cars.com across the country for just the right Sprinter, I couldn't believe it...there was a 2021 Sprinter 2500 Extended available, in white (the color I prefer) and the amazingness was, it was a 4x4, and it was nearby in Chicago! Message on Cars.com, within a few minutes Martin, the specialist with Sprinters at West Chicago Auto Mall wrote saying it was still available. Martin answered my questions through SMS and the next day I drove for 3.5 from central east Iowa to the dealership. Meeting Martin, I took the Sprinter for a test drive...amazing vehicle and exactly how it was described in the Cars.com listing. Martin, who was very kind, very spiritual person, told me to do to the main dealership to meet sales agent, Primo, to sort purchase. As mentioned, Primo was excellent. Equally kind, super honest, sorting the deal within minutes. Not only was the purchase simple, the complicated method of purchasing an out of state car (I live in Massachusetts) was made super efficient with Primo's help and guidance. Two days later, I drove back to the dealership, the Sprinter was all washed up one more time, Martin including some sweet gifts like an emergency light and medical kit. Primo once again was efficient, courteous and amazing. While I understand some reviews here about West Chicago Auto Mall are negative, I question whether those reviews are from those who carry negative energy or prefer to find problems that do not exists. I cannot say enough good things about Primo, also Martin, today writing this review back at my home in western Massachusetts after a beautiful smooth drive in this incredible Sprinter I purchased. So so pleased.

I bought my 2020 Premier in December, 2019. I have owned Impalas since 2000 and buy a new one every 3 years. They are reliable and comfortable and I love big cars. This one does not disappoint. I also have a 2018 Premier with 40K miles and it has no issues. Had to replace all 4 tires at 20K miles which I thought was premature. Other than that the car/s have performed perfectly. Too bad Chevy cut the brand. Now everyone is buying SUVs but I don't like them and would never buy one. Ditto for electric cars - they are not yet ready for prime time.

I have had my 08 impala ls for almost 5 years now. It is my first car and I have nothing but good things to say about it. When I first got it it had a hard shift from gears 1-2, I ignored it, it went away. I drove it for 6 months with ZERO OIL in the engine. Crazy lifter tick, I put oil in it, it’s fine. I’ve had major things break down (it’s old) and it still drove me home every single time. While this car does feature pretty bad electrical issues, it’s more than worth it to me. In my friend group my impala is known as the invincible . It is totaled with unibody, and subframe damage and it drives like nothing is wrong. I would absolutely recommend this car to anyone who needs a reliable car for cheap. I typically get 24 mpg city and surprisingly 40+ mpg highway. I know not every impala is the same but that’s more than enough for me to stick with this car for life. I’m serious when I say that too. To me, it is one of the best cars ever built. Also it’s massive! It is longer than my friends 2016 Subaru Outback. It has enough trunk space for dual 12 subs, and it’s full of tools, fishing gear, work stuff, snorkeling gear, and more crap. And yes, there is still room. The back seats are the most comfortable I’ve sat in and the front seats are pretty dang nice too. Weather your thinking about this as a starter car, or even an A to B car, it will not let you down. Long live the Impala.

Bought new in January 2014. So far it's been a reliable car. It's been back to the shop twice in almost 11 years for a leaking transmission line & a emission issue. Other than two recalls it's been good. Of course, I'm only at 67,676 miles. Oh, I forgot I had to replace the front two struts. When it was wet outside while turning I would get some vibration. Dealer had a TSB on it, the cost was 1,500 dollars. But overall the car has been fairly reliable. It's been quiet, roomy, comfortable and has decent power.

This car has met all of our needs, very comfortable on long trips. Has a large trunk and a lot of leg room in the back seat.

We purchased this as a CPO in 2012 with 16k miles. I have been very good about fluids maintenance, regular oil changes, transmission fluid exchange service, power steering, coolant, etc. In return the car now has 214,000 miles without one single mechanical repair. Sure it has needed tires and brakes and some minor electrical replacements (gas pedal, turn signal stalk and the servos that control heat/cool) but all in those "repairs" have added up to about $500 in almost 200k miles of driving. I have never met anyone who has had better service out of any car of any brand than we have out of this one! Sure wish they still made them like this.

We bought a new 2018 Impala over the Cadillac Test drove both. Impala had more interior leg and head room. My opinion their was not much of a difference in the ride or handling between them to have us spend 50K on Cadillac. Overall the Impala is a great ride plenty of power with the V6. MPG average around 27 to 33 I Highly recommend this car
