Used 2020 Chevrolet Malibu for sale in Irving, TX

Couldn't be happy with these guys for their amazing work. my car stopped working right at the start of my school semester and i work full time so i couldn't afford to go a week without a car. But metro automobile came to the rescue..there i found exactly the kind of vehicle i was looking for an amazing and fair price. They even held the car for a week until i was able to purchase it. they were very comprehensive and nice to me. i'd definitely recommend anybody actively looking for a car asap. I have the Malibu RS and it is one of the best handling cars I have owned and I have had no problems with this car I like the overall design of this car and I would recommend this car to my friends and family and by the way it is very comfortable.

Paid $18,300.00 for a new LS including remote start, tinted windows upgraded rubber and carpet mats. I get 44 mpg and 33 around town. Now with the gas at $4.79 for reg it's the best investment I made in a while.

I absolutely love my car and our salesman Joshua he did not pressure me in any way and I felt the decision to buy the car was my own. My only complaint is the length of time we waited in the lobby to finalize the deal?absolutely ridiculous and the crowd had died down by the time I decided to purchase.

I bought a used Chrysler 200 from them and did not buy the extended warranty. I just had the warranty that comes with used cars there. Anyway the alternator went out and the Chrysler computer needed reset. The car had to go to Chrysler for that repair. Pricilla was my service advisor and kept me up to date with everything going on with my car. Vandergriff also gave me a loaner car for 3 weeks while my car was being repaired. All I had to pay for was a new battery. I could not have been happier with thier service department.

James was very competent and knowledgeable. My only issue was I did not get the truck that I wanted. There was some confusion about the type of truck. I drove a 4x2 truck on the test drive. I actually was looking to purchase a 4x4 truck. The truck I bought was nice but it was not what I wanted. I should have paid more attention during the buying process. Not happy at all with my purchase!!! I will be looking to try and trade this truck in for the one I wanted. I have already contacted several dealer ships for options on getting the truck that I want. Overall the buying process was great just got the wrong truck! The actual truck that I wanted was at the dealership.

My Jeep Grand Cherokee was my second vehicle purchased at Freedom. From my first purchase, my Dodge Journey, all my experiences at Freedom have been great. Taking in my cars for thie oil changes have been great. These guys are always busy so the hour wait is no problem for me. It is very important for me to have my car serviced as required. The staff let's me know of any issues my car will need and will work with me with a payment plan. I really appreciate the customer service support from Freedom DCJ.

Went to this Carmax off of an advertised vehicle. Vehcile was as advertised with no hidden charges or add-ons. We wanted to look at others and the salesperson walked us through all available vehicles. We ended up wanting to see one at another Carmax They set up arrangeents and we went to the other Carmax and purchased that vehicle. Both dealerships were very helpful and courteous. Price was better than other dealerships and there was no haggling. Actually a very easy buying process. I have not found a better price at ay other dealership in the area.

This last trip to the dealership, I had a screw in my front passenger side tire, I took it straight to the dealership, I didn't have an appt, not only did they fix my tire, they went ahead and rotated them as well. I've been using this dealership for almost 4 years now and I have only had good experiences, keep up the good work y'all.
