I've own my 06 Monte Carlo LTZ with a V*6.. 3.9 for about 5 yrs. Now purchased it with 39,000 miles on it.. it has over 1112,000 miles and it runs like a Champ.. No check engine lights whatsoever.. No leaks.. got gaskets replaced.. I want to upgrade to an SS.. so I am seeing what's out there.. although steering wheel sounds kind of dry.. they are fun cars to drive and i get a lot of compliments

Currently driving my 2003 Monte Carlo SS for a work car. Great suspension and power to go vroom vroom around people. Currently has 244k miles. Only issue with it is a sticky lifter that causes oil to be burned, but have zero leaks as far as exterior leaks go. 26mpg going 80-85mph. Beautiful car to look at too and very spacious and nice that the doors are wide almost open at a 90° angle which doesn't make me wish I was driving my Cruze instead. My 5yr old daughter loves the moon roof.

This car is awesome 200000 miles no warning lights everything works but the high beam switch really shine on the interstate with plenty of power and good brakes in case you need them

It's a beautiful design and I love that it's a cupe I wish the world use more plush carpet in the interior and the leather seats are hot and very hard not comfortable. I'm going to have to spend alot and recover them in a soft plush fabric. The 3.9 is a bit thursty but fast as a v8. I had to rebuild transmission at only 100k miles

Wonderful but a pain to work on but when she runs she flies it's a Wonderful vehicle. .......................I do recommend to at least to collect and my pain of experience was more hand delt because I got mine at a car auction all beat up already but it got fixed real nicely and even with things broke in it it still ran. I of course fixed them and am currently doing so but only got 1 or 2 more things to go. Honestly though raising the vehicle up is the problem lmao.

I have a 95 Z34. It is a very special one. It is a Dale Earnhardt special edition. It has name plate under the hood and 4 valves per cylinder among other trim that only this edition has. Anybody know where I can get what this edition is worth? Thanks Jim

I bought my '02 MC in April of 2002 with 11,500 miles; I still have it with 445,772 miles on the original motor. I replaced the Trans at around 350,000. It's an amazing car that still moves on the highway. Great decision.

Always starts and runs. I really like the shifter in the center console. Has keyless entry and starts with the FOB that I don't have. A really fun car to drive.

I own a lot of cars and a 04 Monte Carlo SS supercharged is one of them. I own all muscle cars and with a few bolt ons And a tuned pcm from ZZPerformance and she is as fun to drive and about as fast as my 85 corvette she definitely is leaving my mustang gt which I’m about to sell lol but yea if u own one of these definitely recommend ZZPerformance for affordable noticeable upgrades

Hi im 15 but im just here to write a review. So I recently got my learners permit and my dad has been teaching me how to drive some. The 06 monte carlo LT is the car he got me to drive when im 16. He says the ss isn't a good fit for younger people which I totally agree. A 5.3L V8 would be too much mainly because i can accelerate on a yeild and still get some slight tire spin so a v8 would be a bit much. Its comfort is great and at first my mom said to get a big car because im a decently sized person and all but when she heard my dad was going to pay for the car and stuff she let it be. I wanted a jeep at first because my options were limited to high sitting cars. But when i saw the monte carlo at the lot my dad took me too i just had to accept his offer. Though im only 15 ive been a decent mechanic most of my life. So the person selling it was my uncle and he allowed me to test drive it. It handles well recently i fixed the wheel because it wasnt alligned. My dad says if i can find a fair price for something i need for the car then he will buy it and I will fix it. Which is a fair deal. I have a project car at a young age. I still need to see whats wrong with the front right. Every time i brake it shakes the wheel so when i diagnose that im gonna fix it. Oh i apologise i shouldn't have said so much this is a story more than a review i apologize have a nice day. I love monte carlo's I wish they made them still I will never sell my 06 monte carlo very comfortable seats and I love the beautiful style of it. Plenty of power and easy to drive

If I didnt need to up-grade from a 2 door coupe to a 4 door (being a grandma of 4) I would just keep the car. This Monte Carlo SS V-6 has extra power and is such a dependable and comfortable ride. The dark maroon exterior is in good shape (a little buffing needs to be done on spoiler of rear trunk from the sun) and the black leather interior is like brand new being gently used. Accident and Dent FREE with low millage of 115,400 this would make a great car for anyone.
