Great dealer. I bought a new truck from them after I got a new truck with a lot of issues from a different dealer. I took that truck here for service and they were amazing! They gave me loaners even though I did not buy it there and did everything that they could to help. So I bought a new truck from them because of that.

Anthony Luizza was the best! Anthony went above and beyond to make sure I got the vehicle I wanted which is hard in todays market. Anthony worked with other dealerships to get me the perfect Chevrolet Traverse with a towing package and all the fancy features I wanted and a great color which is more than any other salesperson would do. Anthony was patient with me through the whole process to make sure I got exactly what I wanted and that I knew everything about my car. Love my 22 Chevy LTZ truck, I have the cat back mufflers on it which are not that loud. The inside cab noise is really loud from the road noise and pipes. Don't feel the cab is insulated very well.

Having issues with the AC not working properly, had in 2xs for this an dealerships fines nothing wrong, tells me if it happens again bring back in.

Have been waiting 2 years for a recall to be taken care of,Ford still saying parts not available. This is unacceptable. Ford has to do a better job of taking care of their customers.

Driving not as good as my 2011 Silverado 6.2 what great truck for power and performance during long trips from Baltimore to Atlanta. Other than rear brakes problems there are no major issues

My 2022 Silverado High Country was involved in a car accident caused by a teen, and the truck saved my life, the emergency collision system reacted right away, prevented an even worse outcome. I can't wait to fix my truck. It's amazing in every way, its quite a looker too. I had just done a 4" Lift Kit and was about to throw on some 35s, can't wait to do that, here soon. I would recommend this truck to everyone. Chevy really did am amazing job, with inside and outside, just an amazing truck overall.

Just purchased my 2nd car from Hatfield location. Very pleased with how the salesman handled the transaction. Since I am financing my car they got me a good finance rate. A few minor items that needed to be done and when I returned to their service dept they handled them promptly and were very pleasant. Very satisfied customer!!

The salesman did a great job and even though I didn't buy the car I was interested in, it was because the salesman had the integrity not to sell it to me as soon as he learned there was a transmission issue with it. The honesty was refreshing.
