Purchased my 2002 extended cab 4 x 4 2500 HD new in 2002, it now has just over 200,000 miles and has the 8.1 L gas motor I’ve never even had to put brakes on it i.e. absolutely love this truck are use mobile one synthetic oil and it’s never giving me any trouble, if I had it to do over again the only thing I would do different is purchase a crew cab instead of the extended cab this is definitely the best I have ever owned and I have been the owner of many As I am 74 years young

This was my first new Truck and for a 2500 HD had a great ride yet empty and still could haul 4000 lbs in the bed or tow 12,000 lbs. The 6 passenger crew cab fit the whole family even with 2 car seats. 4wd on the fly is great in sand, snow and mud.

Traded it in on a newer one at 189,000 miles. Mostly just regular maintenance. Oil, tires. I never even tuned it or changed belts. Does like gas.

It?s not my first truck but is my first 2500hd diesel. It had 228k miles on it when I purchased it. Naturally, buying something used with higher mileage, there?s going to be things wrong that need fixed. 12k miles in owning it and all I have done so far is change the oil. I need ball joints and u joints changed soon. It smokes a little and has an oil leak that will get fixed too, but overall I?m super happy with it.

Josh and Austin are the flippin' GOLD STANDARD for "used" Salesmen. The only reason I didn't buy the truck from them was because my credit union would'nt let me purchase a vehicle from out of state.

My Fiancé was talking with Brandon, (General Manager)for about a month or so on the Mercedes G Wagon. Brandon was awesome, and a very respectable gentleman. He went above and beyond for us on our purchase. We are from Arkansas, and we drove 578.6 miles to West Chicago, traded in my Range Rover for the G-Wagon. It was a pleasure working with you. The drive back home to Arkansas in my G-Wagon was all so amazing. We did not have any issues with the vehicle. Salem worked hard for me I missed out on the truck so wanted to buy but they called everyday to try and help. I did not buy a truck from them but they helped anyway

Awsome place and awsome people to deal with... Last winter had a issue with a plow truck. One phone call and they had what I was looking for and in a great reasonable price range !!! This is the only place I take my heavy duty pickup for repairs they always get it done in a timely manner and very reasonably priced !! Deffently tell friends and family this is the dealership to go too !!!
