Overall, we had a great experience. We started our process late last year by first meeting with Bingle, our sales rep. Due to production delays, Bingle laid out the timeline and let us know what to expect. A couple months later we came back and placed our order for a 2023 Suburban. Bingle kept us updated with possible matches that would come in to the dealership and/or the next steps in the process. A couple weeks ago, Bingle let us know that our Suburban had arrived on the lot. We went in and completed the sale seamlessly. Everyone we encountered was pleasant, informative, patient, and very easy to work with. Mario (sales manager) and John (Finance) worked out a great deal for us that satisfied our needs. This has been one of the best vehicle buying experiences we have had.

I bought a new GMC AT4. I ordered it and while it took a few months, my salesman, Zak, and the Sales Manager, Josh, kept me posted along the way. The truck was just as a I ordered! Zak was very knowledgeable and walked me through all of the options. The entire sales team, including Jordan in finance, were very polite, helpful, and thanked me for my business.

Sent in an online inquiry and immediately received a follow up from JESSE, guys like him make the entire car buying experience easy and fun. We called in expressing interest in a SUPRA Launch Edition and JESSE did his homework in advance, he knew all of the right answers and was able to answer any question we may have had, a conversation with him felt like a winning round of jeopardy. We ended up purchasing the car, sight unseen and relied heavily on all of his answers. He was very thorough with photos and videos, didn’t matter the time of day or night when I sent a text, he replied. He got us the exact price we wanted, worked with our transporter to make sure the car was secured and hauled away for delivery. He explained to me every step of the way, he called me every day to give me updates. I am beyond thankful I went I and had him as my advisor he told me what was needed after and felt no pressure. I am 100% happy with the service I received and from the team also working with him. He was really professional and polite and really smart at what his job is. I could keep going in bragging of the service I received. Hopefully people think same as me. Trust me I have had enough ther advisors and not even close to this kind of service.
