Paul took the time to explain what happened, answered my additional questions and told me what to do if the check engine light came back on. We were on a road trip from Minnesota to Florida and a loud banging noise started in the front of our car when we were in southern Iowa. Since no error messages were on the dash we kept going until we saw Poage south of Hannibal. We stopped and the mechanics found some bolts had come loose on a dust cover and it was banging against the drive shaft. After putting it back in place, we were on the road within an hour. The care and efficiency were top rated. They said that it was so minor that they weren't even charging us for it. Wow!

I had a great experience coming in for an oil change. The drop-off process was quick and convenient, and they even offered me a ride to work, which I appreciated, although my job is close enough that I chose to walk. My appointment was at 9:00 AM, but I dropped my car off at 8:00 AM before heading to work, and by 10:15 AM they had already called to let me know it was finished. Test drove the 2004 Thunderbird. I said I was interested and would pay $14,500 for the car. They said there was a transmission problem with the car and could not negotiate until that was resolved. At the time the car was priced at $15,107. I have sent emails still showing my interest but have not received additional information on the transmission status as of this.
