The experience I had at Bob Bell was wonderful. I initially went to visit the dealership with the mindset to purchase a used vehicle, quickly after arriving I was informed that the vehicle I was interested in had sold. Seth was able to find another vehicle that fit my needs. I ended up with a brand new vehicle with no miles on it, which I didn’t think was in my budget. Seth and James worked their magic and was able to help me comfortably get into a 2025 vehicle. This experience was much better than an experience I had recently had at another local dealership. Worked with Jamal. Very quick to respond and thorough. They calculate the clean energy credit and tax and fees correctly unlike a lot of dealers that overcharge them (do your math). This dealership seems to have a good reputation and I understand why. Stay away from the ones with poor reviews unless you can do your own calculations!

Sent in an online inquiry and immediately received a follow up from JESSE, guys like him make the entire car buying experience easy and fun. We called in expressing interest in a SUPRA Launch Edition and JESSE did his homework in advance, he knew all of the right answers and was able to answer any question we may have had, a conversation with him felt like a winning round of jeopardy. We ended up purchasing the car, sight unseen and relied heavily on all of his answers. He was very thorough with photos and videos, didn’t matter the time of day or night when I sent a text, he replied. He got us the exact price we wanted, worked with our transporter to make sure the car was secured and hauled away for delivery.
