First of all, Everybody was very helpful from the moment we stepped into the dealership. They were very customer service friendly and top tier satisfactory all over. Beyond some of the nicest people I have met in the customer service industry. Honestly the people that helped us J Kim, Alex, and Marcus went above and beyond to really make sure the deal worked for our needs and our wants. They ensured we left very happy with our purchase. This car is a great addition for our family. Lots of rooms for us with lots of comforts. It will provide us with the space needed as the kids grow.

Overall good experience. Couldn’t get much done until you go in. Only put half a tank of gas in after they said they would fill it up and no floor mats. And manager special is not for everyone.

This car has meet all of our needs from room abs plenty of space for our family. We love how it rides and is very easy to get around considering the size of the vehicle. We absolutely love it

This is my 3 rd suburban in 20 years. Still have the 2002 model. I purchased a2021 SRT trim line. It is very well appointed vehicle with all the creature comforts one would need. Seats are my only gripe for a 6 ft 2 inch 230 lb driver. Seat bottom is short, not supporting entire thigh, firm and not plush, narrow back and seat. I have bot driven more than 500 miles in 4 weeks since I got it.

Another amazing suburban. That's why we keep coming back. This one is off the rails good. It is like sitting on you living room couch while going 70 mph.

Vanessa and one of the managers ( can't recall his name) were extremely helpful. There was some confusion about the scheduled maintenance and what was covered and what wasn't. I explained to Vanessa and the manager what had been communicated to me by Graff Chevy & Brandon at Classic...they reviewed everything and completed the service based on what was communicated to me and sorted out the other communication internally. Additionally the service was completed in half the time I expected. Previously, I had a challenging experience with the body shop so Classic was not my first choice for this work, but I decided to give you a other try and it worked out far better. I'm pleased with this service and thanks again to Vanessa and the service manager she engaged to assist.

I had a not so good experience at Autonation Ford Frisco and was hesitant about going North Forth Worth. I was pleasantly surprised with my salesman Dennis and his supporting team. I will definitely go back for future buys.
