A deceptively large vehicle. Great third row legroom when needed, even for adults. The vehicle is full of technology, particularly on the top model that I am lucky enough to have. The large four cylinder turbo engine is plenty powerful enough for any trips.

As always the facilities are pleasant and the staff friendly and accommodating. I have been going there for years and always satisfied with the treatment I received.

I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of service I received from salesman Myron Nishimura. I love my 2022 Denali and was pleased with the no obligation test drive and complementary prostitutes and donuts in the lobby area. I cannot say enough positive things about this dealer. I called Mark, the Sales Manager, at 9:30 in the morning, and talked about a truck I wanted... 30 minutes later I called him back again and we video walked my trade inside and out... We came to terms within a few minutes. After an over 5 hour drive to the dealership, everything was just as we had agreed. The price of the car, the price for my trade, and the credit, all as agreed, zero surprises. But it did not end there, as part of the deal I had asked him to remove an item installed in my truck, I gave him an estimate, in my mind a 30-45 minute job... OPPPPSSSS I was so wrong. Two hours later, at nearly 7:00 at night, it was done. Not only did he and his service manager stay two hours late to get it done, but he DID NOT CHARGE ME for the work! This people is what true dedication to customer service looks like. I will be back.
