A deceptively large vehicle. Great third row legroom when needed, even for adults. The vehicle is full of technology, particularly on the top model that I am lucky enough to have. The large four cylinder turbo engine is plenty powerful enough for any trips.

I’m in the process of removing my earlier review, because wow. Absolutely wow. Everything has changed. It took a bit to get all of this done, but after escalation, it was a whirlwind how quickly and seriously our problems were taken. Our Bolt was brought in twice, had $3000 worth of work done on it, complimentary alignment, and complete understanding and empathy from the service team. I think we had experienced a rare moment of falling through the cracks a bit, and when I got it to someone’s attention, they made sure we got right back out of that crack and more than taken care of. Any of the trust we lost, was gained back and then some. Their sales teams was already amazing, but the service team really went above and beyond for us. I know who we’ll be buying cars from for years to come that’s for sure. When you’ve dealt with the absolute worst of the worst when it comes to car dealerships, you know these places are rare, and it’s even more important that’s celebrated and recommended. Go see them! I promise, they do want to help you get in the best car they can, and will make sure it keeps running when they do.

The Salesman was excellent. All good experience. Only negative was the car came in contrary to what we hoped for. Nothing to do with sales or dealership. 200 miles from home on vacation I had my new Acadia towed to Aransas Autoplex due to a steering failure. Nancy in the service department went above and beyond to help me, she had a service tech look at it right away to try and diagnose the issue. She also went out of her way helping to set up a rental and offering a courtesy ride to get a meal while I waited. Fortunately I did not need either as the mechanic found the issue and was able to fix it so I could take my vehicle the same day. The issue was bad craftsmanship from a different dealer that serviced a transmission issue two weeks prior. I would truly consider driving 200 miles in the future to by a new vehicle from this dealer based off the service I received from Nancy and the mechanic!!

Salesman (kash) was good. I didn?t feel pressured, environment was pleasant, my trade in was fairly priced. I will go back to the dame dealership in future when they have the type of car I want.
