I just brought home my "new" 2020 Chevy Sonic that I purchased from Lynch Chevrolet in Mukwonago! I can not be happier with the whole experience and with this cute hatchback that I found. I was really dreading trying to find another car. Didn't have a clue where to begin or what I wanted. Saw one particular vehicle on their website in my price range, the color I wanted with the "bells and whistles" I wanted. I don't like the whole "haggling" process. Lynch lists their best "out the door price" up front. I compared it to other similar cars on line and saw it was a really fair price. Keri the sales manager worked with me to find a day when I could stop by for a test drive. She was helpful but not pushy at all. Originally I was going to meet with Renee because I thought I would prefer working woman to woman but she was out till next week so Keri matched me with Chris W. and I'm so glad she did. She reassured me I would be comfortable working with him and she was right. He is an absolutely wonderful salesman who was warm, friendly, personable, and knowledgeable. My husband and I live in the area and we had a lot in common with him. He answered all my questions on the test drive and this morning and made sure I knew how every aspect of my car worked before I left the lot. Tammy (?) in finance completed the sales paperwork with me quickly and efficiently I was in and out the door in no time at all. No spending hours trying to hard sell me on warranties I had indicated right up front that I was not interested in but made sure I knew what was available. If you are looking for a car - go to Lynch. You will not be disappointed.

Bought my 2018 Equinox in August 2023. Great professional & friendly customer service provided by Randy and Kevin. But my recent maintainence appointment was so outstanding. Pedro from the Service department was going to have to order my a new tire resulting in a return trip to the dealership. I was kind of dreading that, even though they offer free popcorn, water and coffee. But when I came back to get my car after an oil change, fluids topped off, wheels rotated etc.I was pleasantly surprised, Pedro called around to other Lynch Dealership, found a tire, he drove to the other dealership got the tire! What an outstanding example of customer service and excellent customer experience. Thinking outside of the box and going the extra mile will have me continue to get my car serv iced at this location. Thank you Lynch Chevrolet Team!!!

Ours sales person was excellent, without Cecilia I don?t think we would of made it through the long process. Getting a trade in for our car took way to long. They need speed up the process! Also the finance part was backed way up and also need to speed that up!

They were polite and helpful with no pressure. I didn’t have to have anyone ride with me on a test drive just got to ho check it out on my own. When I came back they gave me a fair offer on my old truck got me financed and out the door quickly. I live a 1 1/2 hours away and would return for my next truck.

For several years recently, I was taking my GM product to a younger great mechanic who had his own shop. His expertise was perfect and was very reasonably priced. His schedule soon got pretty heavy and I needed something done sooner rather than later - he recommended EVS in Saukville. Turns out he was trained at that EVS. I've been going to that EVS ever since. Mechanics are awesome! Service advisor wonderful! Cashier and office staff are the best! Customer satisfaction totally great! 217,000 miles and going strong. All I can say, is Terry Flaherty, is the Best !!!! He didn't hesistate not even for a moment to find me the " Best Price" on my vehicle. And I love it, my car, great color, great interior. barely any flaws on it, being *used* ! Terry always responded to my texts, immediately. I may even buy another vehicle.
