That Annoying Check Engine Light came on suddenly and of course I was concerned about a possible break down in the winter. My Service Writer JAMES B. was very reassuring and informed me that they had the part in stock and would be able to take care of my Impala assuring me it wouldn't be too long. Repairs were made timely and with good communication. Marissa was polite and informative about the repairs needed, the cost, and the timeline. Vehicle was ready for pickup as described.
