Was very surprised that the service writer told me my battery light was on and stated I needed a new battery I advised her that my battery was replaced less then 2 years ago. I declined the battery replacement and no light on and truck has been starting fine. And not to mention I had a rebate on air, cabin air filters they tell me not in stock and they would have to order them and wouldn't be eligible for rebate ???? Please don't try to upsell me I am in automotive industry ????

A deceptively large vehicle. Great third row legroom when needed, even for adults. The vehicle is full of technology, particularly on the top model that I am lucky enough to have. The large four cylinder turbo engine is plenty powerful enough for any trips.

I took my car in for a oil change only. The oil change took longer than expected. When they let me know it was done the guy apologized. When it was time to pay, he told me it was on them.

Wanted to get a truck, was juggled around at first but then got in touch with Big Jeff and he was able to help me get the truck I wanted. I have a 2024 Chevy Trax that needed to be towed due to a faulty battery. The dealership was backed up for at least 9 days, which meant I wasn?t able to even get a rental. I stressed to Paul that I didn?t have any other transportation or a way to get to work! I was stressed out! However, Paul wax very understanding and was able to calm my fears of not being able to get to work. He did all he could and my car was fixed the next day and I was able to drive it home. Thank you Paul for your patience and understanding! Paul gets 10/5 stars!!!!

When I went to SERPENTINI CHEVROLET to purchase a used 2012 SRX. I had really excellent credit. I made a big GIGANTIC mistake. On 4 APRIL of this year I purchased a used 2012 SRX with 145,000 miles on it. Going in to the deal, I did not realize how hard it was going to be to get someone to finance a vehicle with that many miles on it, and at 12 years old in car years. This SRX is considered to be an OLD, over the HILL motor vehicle on LIFE SUPPORT. In other words this 2012 SRX needs a MAJOR HEART TRANSPLANT. I am still getting loan TURNED DOWN NOTICES in the mail. It has been over ONE MONTH since I drove it off the lot. I am currently making the TURNED down NOTICES that keep coming in the mail into a big GIGANTIC roll of toilet paper.

My service related issues were resolved within a timely and the cost was reasonable. The associate were friendly and helpful.
