I love my car and getting it was super easy and stress free. I feel like I got it at a good price and I felt like staff was knowledgeable and friendly.

It was ok. They did call with an estimate in a timely manner, and called when it was completed

I always bring my car here for service- they are honest and good at doing the work that needs to be done

My lease was coming to an end so I went in to see my options. Greg Scott and Jessica Tuchel worked very to keep me where I was comfortable with payments showed me a few options. Best car buying experience this is my second leased vehicle from Lynch and in three years when this is up I will be back.

We purchased a used car from Robert and he was extremely respectful and went out of his way to be helpful. We needed to get a car trailer to get the car back to Louisville Kentucky. He was able to find one and reserve it for us. Everyone at the dealership was very nice and helpful. We enjoyed dealing with everyone. We will always remember the great service and friendly staff. We will remember them if we make any future car purchases.

They were polite and helpful with no pressure. I didn’t have to have anyone ride with me on a test drive just got to ho check it out on my own. When I came back they gave me a fair offer on my old truck got me financed and out the door quickly. I live a 1 1/2 hours away and would return for my next truck.

All I can say, is Terry Flaherty, is the Best !!!! He didn't hesistate not even for a moment to find me the " Best Price" on my vehicle. And I love it, my car, great color, great interior. barely any flaws on it, being *used* ! Terry always responded to my texts, immediately. I may even buy another vehicle. Bought my 2018 Equinox in August 2023. Great professional & friendly customer service provided by Randy and Kevin. But my recent maintainence appointment was so outstanding. Pedro from the Service department was going to have to order my a new tire resulting in a return trip to the dealership. I was kind of dreading that, even though they offer free popcorn, water and coffee. But when I came back to get my car after an oil change, fluids topped off, wheels rotated etc.I was pleasantly surprised, Pedro called around to other Lynch Dealership, found a tire, he drove to the other dealership got the tire! What an outstanding example of customer service and excellent customer experience. Thinking outside of the box and going the extra mile will have me continue to get my car serv iced at this location. Thank you Lynch Chevrolet Team!!!

My son and I recently purchased a 2017 Kia Forte at Lynch Chevrolet. It was an awesome experience. We were greeted warmly by our salesperson Kurt Martiny and he listened carefully to our needs. Kurt skillfully connected us to the best car to suit our budget and needs. Kurt offered to keep us comfortable while we awaited the process. The showroom was spotless, bathrooms clean and the coffee was very good. It was an over all wonderful experience.

I arrived late to pick up my vehicle. Fortunately one of the Service writers noticed my arrival as he was leaving for the night. He came back to the dealership and secured my vehicle and billing. Great service.

Ours sales person was excellent, without Cecilia I don?t think we would of made it through the long process. Getting a trade in for our car took way to long. They need speed up the process! Also the finance part was backed way up and also need to speed that up!
