A deceptively large vehicle. Great third row legroom when needed, even for adults. The vehicle is full of technology, particularly on the top model that I am lucky enough to have. The large four cylinder turbo engine is plenty powerful enough for any trips.

I was greeted promptly when I dropped off the car and was given detail on what they were going to do with my vehicle and how long it was going to take. They even offered me a ride home. My vehicle's work was completed 2 hours earlier than expected. Excellent job!

Got an oil change. Took less an hour and had nice cars on the showroom floor.

Diane was a great sales person. She went beyond ordinary sales functions. Very easy purchase and everything was ready at pick up in perfect order and on time. Very quick process.

When I came back they gave me a fair offer on my old truck got me financed and out the door quickly. I live a 1 1/2 hours away and would return for my next truck.

I just brought home my "new" 2020 Chevy Sonic that I purchased from Lynch Chevrolet in Mukwonago! I can not be happier with the whole experience and with this cute hatchback that I found. I was really dreading trying to find another car. Didn't have a clue where to begin or what I wanted. Saw one particular vehicle on their website in my price range, the color I wanted with the "bells and whistles" I wanted. I don't like the whole "haggling" process. Lynch lists their best "out the door price" up front. I compared it to other similar cars on line and saw it was a really fair price. Keri the sales manager worked with me to find a day when I could stop by for a test drive. She was helpful but not pushy at all. Originally I was going to meet with Renee because I thought I would prefer working woman to woman but she was out till next week so Keri matched me with Chris W. and I'm so glad she did. She reassured me I would be comfortable working with him and she was right. He is an absolutely wonderful salesman who was warm, friendly, personable, and knowledgeable. My husband and I live in the area and we had a lot in common with him. He answered all my questions on the test drive and this morning and made sure I knew how every aspect of my car worked before I left the lot. Tammy (?) in finance completed the sales paperwork with me quickly and efficiently I was in and out the door in no time at all. No spending hours trying to hard sell me on warranties I had indicated right up front that I was not interested in but made sure I knew what was available. If you are looking for a car - go to Lynch. Bought my 2018 Equinox in August 2023. Great professional & friendly customer service provided by Randy and Kevin. But my recent maintainence appointment was so outstanding. Pedro from the Service department was going to have to order my a new tire resulting in a return trip to the dealership. I was kind of dreading that, even though they offer free popcorn, water and coffee. But when I came back to get my car after an oil change, fluids topped off, wheels rotated etc.I was pleasantly surprised, Pedro called around to other Lynch Dealership, found a tire, he drove to the other dealership got the tire! What an outstanding example of customer service and excellent customer experience. Thinking outside of the box and going the extra mile will have me continue to get my car serv iced at this location. We purchased a used car from Robert and he was extremely respectful and went out of his way to be helpful. We needed to get a car trailer to get the car back to Louisville Kentucky.
