Repairs were made timely and with good communication. Marissa was polite and informative about the repairs needed, the cost, and the timeline. Vehicle was ready for pickup as described.

That Annoying Check Engine Light came on suddenly and of course I was concerned about a possible break down in the winter. My Service Writer JAMES B. was very reassuring and informed me that they had the part in stock and would be able to take care of my Impala assuring me it wouldn't be too long. The waiting area was very comfortable and I was amazed on how many employees either held a door open for me or asked if I needed anything. Quick and painless purchase with financing. Did most of it via text and phone call and agreed to a price and showed up the next evening to pick up the car. Could not have been simpler! Ruben the sales rep was great!

I scheduled an appointment to have my bed treated with a spray on bed liner. I went in and they gave me a complimentary ride home. A couple hours later they called to let me know it was ready. So professional, so efficient.
